Delayed delivery and refund process
I bought something recently, but I'm really not happy about it because it's taking forever to be delivered and sorted out for a refund. It's been 26 days since I ordered a rug, but it still hasn't turned up. I've tried getting in touch with customer service, but I've not heard anything about where my order is. I also found out that I can't get a refund until the package comes back, even though the rug didn't even make it through customs.
Rug purchase, shockingly poor quality
I bought a rug towards the end of last year and it's turned out to be a disaster. After only about 4 months of use, the rug looks like it's been through the wars. The fibres are all matted and it's a nightmare to try and vacuum it. I didn't expect this from a rug that's still quite new. I'm really disappointed with the quality and feel like I've been conned.
New rug purchase
I recently bought a new rug and it was delivered from a distant place. The delivery went smoothly, but unfortunately, the rug arrived all folded up and now it has these annoying creases. It's not great. Plus, the colours on the rug aren't as vibrant as they appeared online. However, the actual rug itself is decent, I suppose.
Recent carpet purchase
I bought a carpet from this company not long ago, and honestly, it's been a bit of a letdown. The design looked fine in the online pictures, but the quality is seriously lacking. When I got in touch with customer service to talk about my issues, I was really put off by how long and complicated they made the whole process for me to make a claim. It's just disappointing to see that what they promise on the website isn't what you actually get. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from them to think twice if they care about getting good quality and decent customer service.
Folded rug in a box
I ordered this rug and when it arrived I was so surprised. It was all folded up in a box like a joke! And you won't believe it, it was completely ruined. Not just creases, but actual damage from being folded like that. I took photos straight away because I want evidence that I don't want this damaged rug. The photos online looked lovely, but what I received was a disaster. I'm definitely not paying for return shipping, that's certain.
Pouffe
I bought a pouffe from this company not long ago, but to be honest, the whole thing left me feeling pretty let down. I waited patiently for weeks for my order to arrive, only to find out that it had actually been sent back at customs without me being told about it beforehand. I only realised because I got a refund and decided to check the tracking info myself. It was really annoying not to have received any emails or updates about what was going on with my order, so I ended up feeling clueless and pretty disappointed with how everything was handled. The lack of communication from the company was really shoddy and definitely put a dampener on my shopping experience.
New rug purchase
I recently bought a new rug and I'm really disappointed with it. I waited for the weather to improve before I put it down, but when I did, I was shocked to see big lines running through it where it hadn't even been folded. There were missing weaves and loose threads, which left noticeable patches that were very obvious. The quality overall was just terrible.
Threading and imperfections in products received
I had a few problems with the products I got, especially with the threading and imperfections in the edges of the bigger rugs. But the customer service team was really quick to sort things out and they gave me a 30% refund on the items. After giving them some care and attention, the products now look fantastic. I might buy some bigger items for my living room or bedroom next time.

I bought a rug for my living room from this company, and I was really let down. The quality wasn't good at all, and the colour was totally different from what I saw online. When I got in touch with customer service to talk about returning it, they were really unkind. Even though I explained that I was in hospital and my baby was in intensive care, Benuta wouldn't let me return the rug a few days after the deadline. It's awful to see a company treat a customer in need so heartlessly.
Soft and fluffy rug
This rug is incredibly soft and fluffy, it feels like you're walking on clouds! I bought it for our new house and everyone who has seen it can't stop talking about how great it looks. The level of softness is out of this world! All my family and friends now want to get one for themselves because it's really that good.
Rug problem
I bought a rug, but the delivery company is awful. I'm still waiting for a refund and feeling really let down. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Sample orders
The company kept in touch really well while I was ordering sample products. The samples took a bit longer than I thought to arrive, but they were wrapped up nicely and seemed to be of really good quality. After seeing the samples, I think the carpet rugs will be good too. But, I'm not sure about ordering yet because the prices are a bit high.
Unsuitable item and disappointing returns policy
I bought something from this company not long ago, but it just wasn't right for me. When I went to return it, I was really put off by their returns policy - it was way too complicated and hard to understand. It seemed like they were deliberately making it tricky for me to get my money back. Honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing.

I was really impressed by the variety of products they had, and I found the VR tool super helpful because it let me see how the rug would look in my room before I bought it. Ordering was a breeze, and I was really happy with the rug when it arrived - it matched the description perfectly. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone in search of top-notch rugs.
Super rug. Quick delivery. Need to improve communication
The delivery was quick, but the box was all battered and open when it turned up. Despite that mishap, the rug itself is stunning and top-notch quality. I bought it to swap out an old rug I'd had for years from another company. Plus, I managed to snag a good discount on it. I'll knock off a star though because of the wrecked box and the fact that nobody informed me when it was going to arrive. They just left it outside in the rain for all to see while I was at school - not very cool!

I bought a rug from this company recently and honestly, I was really disappointed with how things went down. When the rug showed up, it was all cruddy and the box was all battered up and held together with tape. I got in touch with customer service right away, but despite sending them loads of emails, I didn't hear back from them. They just sent me some form to fill out if I wanted to return it. No sorry or offer of a refund for all the hassle. On top of that, the rug turned up late, way after they said it would, which just made me even more frustrated. The lack of decent customer service and the whole experience has just left me feeling really let down with my purchase.

I was really looking forward to getting my new rug but ended up feeling let down. They told me it was sent back because of a mistake. Then I had to wait even longer to get my money back because I had to place a new order first. It was all quite annoying and I didn't think they were very good at keeping me updated.
5 rug samples
I had such a nightmare trying to order 5 rug samples. My favorite one was the Lana grey rug, but I just couldn't seem to get a sample of it. It was really frustrating!
Rug purchase
I bought a rug from this company not long ago, and let me tell you, things didn't start off great at all. The rug I was waiting for never showed up, and to make matters worse, the company didn't even bother to let me know what was going on. After a lot of trying, I finally managed to get in touch with someone, and they eventually owned up to the fact that there had been a mix-up. They refunded my money, and even though I was pretty put out at first, I decided to give them a second chance. I placed a new order, and I was really pleasantly surprised when the rug turned up just a week later.
Quick delivery, poor quality
The delivery of the rugs was quick, and I was happy with how they looked when they first arrived. However, after only using them for a few months, I noticed that both rugs have worn out a lot. Even though I put them in areas where there isn't much foot traffic, the wear and tear is quite worrying. I can't imagine how badly they would hold up in a busier room. It's clear to me that the rugs are not good quality and they are not very durable.
