I received the order, but neither worked. Instructions on how to charge and use followed. I have sent over 10 emails asking for a refund. I was asked for videos to show them how the products didn't work. I was told I had not followed the instructions, I had followed them! I have asked for a refund 10 times in total, I was then informed that because I took the items out of the packaging they could not refund me and could not resell! I had to take them out of the packaging to send a video. Dreadful company.
