I made an order on Sunday the 3rd for a newly released product which I was excited about, I then received an email saying my order couldn't be fulfilled because the the product was out of stock and asking if I was happy to wait 3-4 weeks for it to be stocked. I was asked for videos to show them how the products didn't work. I was told I had not followed the instructions, I had followed them! I have asked for a refund 10 times in total, I was then informed that because I took the items out of the packaging they could not refund me and could not resell! I had to take them out of the packaging to send a video. Dreadful company.
