Single wardrobe purchase
I bought a single wardrobe from this company and honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare. The wardrobe turned up all battered and bruised, like nothing I've ever seen. They snatched my payment as soon as I placed the order, but here we are two weeks later, stuck with this wrecked piece of furniture and still no sign of a refund. Their customer service is just shocking, only bothering to reply to one email a day. My husband has been bombarding them with emails every day, trying to get the wardrobe picked up and our money back, but it's just been a waste of time. They want us to take a day off work to wait around for a courier to collect the dinged up wardrobe, no specific time, leaving us out of pocket because of their mess-up. I would steer clear of this company completely - their post-sale service is basically non-existent and seriously lacking.
Bunk bed
So, I bought this bunk bed from the store and it was all fine. It arrived on time, which was good. But then, they sent me two bunk beds instead of one! I mean, really? I only ordered one and now it's a whole thing to sort out the return of the extra one. I had to speak to their customer service team who insisted I accidentally ordered two, which is just not true! And to top it off, they charged me over 20 quid to send it back. Seriously? Not cool. The customer service was no help at all and now I'm out of pocket. Not cool, not cool at all.

I had to wait weeks to receive the whole thing, and to make matters worse, they left it out in the rain. The stress just wasn't worth it, despite the decent price. Bedroom drawers advertised as ready built, but received flat packed items
I bought some bedroom drawers that were supposed to be ready built, but when they arrived they were all flat packed. It was really not ideal for me as a disabled person and caused a lot of hassle. On top of that, the delivery driver was quite rude, which I found really unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, I was really let down by the whole experience and the fact that the product description was not accurate.
Desk, Chair, Bed
I got a desk, a chair, and a bed from this place, and when they arrived, they were completely ruined! I mean, what on earth happened during delivery?! And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was a complete nightmare. They didn't even make an effort to help me fix the situation. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure!
