Their customer service is just shocking, only bothering to reply to one email a day. My husband has been bombarding them with emails every day, trying to get the wardrobe picked up and our money back, but it's just been a waste of time. They want us to take a day off work to wait around for a courier to collect the dinged up wardrobe, no specific time, leaving us out of pocket because of their mess-up. I would steer clear of this company completely - their post-sale service is basically non-existent and seriously lacking.
Bunk bed
So, I bought this bunk bed from the store and it was all fine. It arrived on time, which was good. But then, they sent me two bunk beds instead of one! I mean, really? I only ordered one and now it's a whole thing to sort out the return of the extra one. I had to speak to their customer service team who insisted I accidentally ordered two, which is just not true! And to top it off, they charged me over 20 quid to send it back. Seriously? Not cool. The customer service was no help at all and now I'm out of pocket. Not cool, not cool at all.
