Cork flooring purchase
I recently bought some cork flooring from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it looks and the quality of the product. I was really impressed with the customer service at this shop. The staff were so friendly and really helpful with all my questions. They knew a lot about the products they sell and were very professional. It was such a nice change from the usual generic answers you get in some other shops.
Marmoleum Click Tiles purchase
I recently bought some click tiles from Bricoflor and I must say I had a pretty good experience. At first, they were out of stock, but the customer service team made sure to keep me in the loop about my order and even gave me the option to cancel if I needed to. Luckily, the delivery arrived sooner than I had expected, which was a nice surprise. The courier delivery was a bit stressful, but after a couple of attempts, the tiles arrived in perfect condition. The customer service team, especially Silvi and Andreea, were really helpful throughout the whole process. All in all, it was a smooth and satisfying experience.
Wallpaper purchase
I bought some wallpaper from this site and it was really good quality. You can even ask for samples before committing to the full order! However, when it arrived, there was an unexpected import duty charge that caught me off guard. So, just be aware of that before making a purchase!
Vinyl flooring
I fancied getting some vinyl flooring from this website, but when I checked out the prices, I was completely shocked! They were charging over twice as much as other websites. I even tried to haggle with them, but they flat-out refused without giving me a reason. It seems like their price promise is just for show. I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you're looking to save some cash.

I was really happy with the customer service I got from Bricoflor. The woman I spoke to on the phone and by email was so nice and really helpful. Even though there was a problem with the delivery, she dealt with it really well and got everything sorted quickly.
Best wallpaper ever
I found the perfect wallpaper on this website! I was really excited to give my room a makeover and this site had exactly what I was looking for. The only downside was that it took ages for my order to get processed. I had to keep requesting tracking information. However, once it was shipped, it arrived surprisingly quickly with UPS all the way from Germany to Finland. When I had queries, the person from Finland responded promptly. In general, the wallpaper was great but the processing was a bit slow.
Bought wallpaper from an online store
I recently purchased some wallpaper from an online shop, but they ended up sending me too little of it. I tried reaching out to them via email to ask for more, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from that store.
Cork flooring
I recently bought cork flooring from this company and I have to say, I was really happy with the quality of the product and the service I got. I was a bit unsure at first because the company had an average rating, but I decided to go for it because of the good prices. I got in touch with the team to check if they had the flooring in stock and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. I ordered in May and it took a bit of time to get my flat renovated and see the flooring put down, but I have to say it looks amazing. I'm really pleased with how easy it was to order, the great service I got, and the delivery process. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

I've got to say, Bricoflor really nailed it with their products. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality, it's absolutely top-notch. The materials and craftsmanship are spot on.
Small sample order
I wasn't happy with how there wasn't any follow-up after I called. The sample never turned up, which was a bit of a letdown. Makes you wonder how they'd handle a bigger order if they couldn't even sort out a small sample. On the bright side, they did eventually let me know that the sample got lost and gave me back the £7.50 delivery cost.
Granorte Naturtrend Cork Flooring
We decided to go ahead and order the Cork Flooring after having a good read of the informative website. The customer service team was really helpful in answering all the questions we had, especially regarding pets. We also asked for a delayed delivery date, and they were more than happy to accommodate our request. We ended up ordering more for the other rooms in our house, and everything was delivered quickly and without any issues. Overall, the flooring turned out to be even better than we expected.
Vinyl flooring purchase
My experience with Bricaflor was really disappointing. I bought some vinyl flooring from them, but when it turned up, some of it was damaged. I got in touch with them straight away to ask for a replacement, but unfortunately, I just kept getting notifications saying the replacement had been sent, even though it never actually arrived. When I raised this problem with them, they said it wasn't their responsibility because they're basically just the go-between. They said I'd have to sort it out with their suppliers overseas, which was so frustrating. Looking back, I really wish I'd checked the reviews before buying. I've now taken this issue to the UK Consumer Rights.
Carpet tiles
I placed an order for some carpet tiles back on the 11th of April with the expectation that they would arrive in 7 working days. However, by the 19th, my order was still pending, so I decided to give them a call to find out what was going on. It was then that I was told about delivery problems to the UK, which I feel should have been mentioned earlier. Even by the 22nd, when I checked my account, it was still showing as pending. After another phone call, I found out that my product hadn't even been ordered until the 19th. The lack of communication and incorrect information provided has been quite disappointing. It was frustrating when the customer service representative abruptly ended the call after I suggested they improve on communication with customers. It seems like they are lacking in basic customer service skills.
Wallpaper rolls
I was feeling a bit anxious after reading some not so great reviews, but I took a chance and ordered a few rolls of wallpaper from this place because they had the best prices! To my surprise, everything went really smoothly. The delivery time was just as they said it would be, around 10 days. When I noticed an issue with the delivery from UPS, I called customer service and they sorted it out straight away, so I received my order the next day. I had also previously ordered some samples, which arrived late, and they refunded the delivery fee without any hassle since the samples were free. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with both the service and the quality of the products! I can't speak for those other reviews, but based on my own experience, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!
Wallpapers were amazing
I got some amazing wallpapers from this place and they are absolutely brilliant! The patterns are really clean and unique. My room looks fantastic now, all thanks to Bricoflor!

2 rolls of wallpaper
I've been waiting for those 2 wallpaper rolls for about 3 months now. I've given them a ring twice - the first time was around a month ago, and they said the batch of wallpaper would be here the following week. Then, I called again about a month later, and they said they'd look into it and let me know via email. But, I haven't heard a peep since then. Looks like the wallpaper might not even turn up at this rate! Fingers crossed I can get my money back through the payment method I used.
Laminate flooring purchase
I ordered some laminate flooring from this shop a month ago and still haven't got it. Even though their website said it would be delivered by now, I haven't heard anything about it or had any updates. When I got in touch with their customer service, they weren't helpful at all and didn't offer any way to fix the problem. I'm really disappointed with their lack of responsibility and bad customer service. It's made my whole experience really unsatisfactory.
