Terrible Service from start to finish!
Communication issues and confusion with delivery date.
Called to check where items where 2 weeks on - told they would be with me the next day.
Lunchtime next day - nothing.
Called again, took tracking codes and checked myself. Not out for delivery at all.
Called again, turns out they had given courier wrong postcode and the goods wouldn’t arrive for another 3 days.
I told them to cancel the whole thing! Now I have contractors arriving, no flooring and I have to go and source on a quick delivery at a cost to me!

I can see on our records that you wanted delivery on a specific day, which we informed you that we could not guarantee. The issues you had were unfortunately with the courier, and not us, which we tried to assist you with. As you stated in your review, the goods were scheduled to arrive with you within another 3 days, so this is your choice that you were left without a flooring.
I do apologise for the inconvenience, but I hope you can understand these issues are out of our control.
