- Flooring purchase for home renovation
I've just bought some flooring from this website for my home renovation, looking forward to getting started, but the delivery has been a real letdown. The estimated delivery time has come and gone, and my parcel is stuck at the UPS warehouse with no sign of a delivery date. It's really disappointing and frustrating as a customer.

I recently bought some wallpaper from your company and I have to say, I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered. I placed my order and just three days later, it arrived at my door. The packaging was really secure and the wallpaper was in perfect condition when I opened it up. I was also happy with the quality of the wallpaper - it was exactly like how it was described on the website. Overall, I had a great experience shopping with your company and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a really smooth and efficient experience ordering vinyl flooring for my bathroom renovation from Bricoflor. I ordered online and had a few emails back and forth to follow up. But when I asked a polite question about my order, I was really surprised by how rude the response was. It's a shame that the customer service team didn't handle my query professionally. It would be much better if they responded with more tact and politeness, even if they couldn't meet my request.
Sample ordering experience
I tried to check on my order earlier and found out it was after business hours. The website says they close at 5 pm so it was unexpected. The communication was unclear and inefficient, which was disappointing and made it all seem like a bit of a hassle. If ordering samples was this tricky, I can't even imagine how tough it would be to order larger quantities of materials.
