I recently bought a lovely 3 seater garden bench and I must say I was really impressed by how well-made and beautifully crafted it is. It arrived earlier than I thought it would, and the delivery service was top-notch too. The driver was so helpful, he even carried the bench right into my garden and put it exactly where I wanted it. It's really sturdy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing in my outdoor space. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this great find. Oh my goodness, you guys, I managed to get this really awesome bench arbour thingy from this place, and it even came with a waterproof cushion! We had to wait a little while for it to be delivered because we were on holiday, but the people at the shop were really helpful and understanding. When it finally arrived, it was packaged up really well and the delivery driver was great. Putting it together was so easy and the quality is absolutely amazing. Antoinette Swing Seat
Ordered the above item during lockdown to help me enjoy my garden during this stressful period. I was a little concerned as to whether I would actually receive the item due to the country being at a standstill. While the delivery was understandably slightly longer than usual, I received regular updates on when this would be with me which I really appreciated. When the item arrived I was most impressed with it and couldn't imagine my garden without this focal point now
Boxing hares wind rocker
The communication was a bit iffy at the beginning, but after sending a few emails, I finally got a response. The delivery was surprisingly quick, even with a bank holiday in the mix. The wind rocker I bought is top-notch quality, robust, and definitely worth the price. Instead of letting the hares rust, I decided to spray them black, and they look amazing now. Garden Wendy house and slide
My experience with Buttercup Farm wasn't great at all. I ordered a Garden Wendy house and a slide. They told me the slide would come separately the night before delivery, but it's been two weeks now and there's still no sign of it. I got in touch with them, and they said I'd get an email back soon, but I never did. When I called again, a staff member was rude to me and told me to "calm my tone", which I thought was really unnecessary and unprofessional for a customer service person.
Repeat order for obelisk
The obelisk turned up pretty quickly, bang on time. But, gotta admit, I was a bit taken aback when I saw that the fixings were shiny silver instead of the usual black. Had to get out my paintbrush and slap on some black to make it all match up. A tad annoying, but hey, still chuffed with how well-made and good-looking the obelisk is.
Sturdy and attractive wooden planter
I recently bought a wooden planter from this company and I must say it was really good quality. It was sturdy and looked really nice. The wood they used was strong and the liner inside was well-made. The instructions they gave were easy to understand, which made putting it together a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend this company for their great products.
