Needed a good sturdy shed in a hurry and my father in law recommended Buttercup Farm. I was slightly unsure as I haven't shopped with them before but I have to say the whole experience was problem free and a pleasant transaction

I called up before ordering my gazebo and the girl I spoke to was really helpful and knowledgeable about the choice of gazebos and once I placed the order, it came two days later. It has been lovely to sit outside under my gazebo while I smoke so I don't get rained on!

Ordered the above item during lockdown to help me enjoy my garden during this stressful period. I was a little concerned as to whether I would actually receive the item due to the country being at a standstill. While the delivery was understandably slightly longer than usual, I received regular updates on when this would be with me which I really appreciated. When the item arrived I was most impressed with it and couldn't imagine my garden without this focal point now
Cottage Arbour 2 seat
Whilst under lockdown most staff work from home so I expected delays. However, mine was delivered 2 days after initial waiting time and 6 days before revised time. Customer service was brilliant and I am truly delighted with my new arbour. Despite the weight (very heavy) the instructions were simple and the screws a good length. I am thrilled with my British built arbour and the customer service. Brilliant.

Ordered early March after phone calls and email still nothing except for the ball which goes on the top and what good is that to me. I have just written up now and realise it will not be arriving And have bought else where .

I simply love these, they have created a lovely focal point in my garden. The guys at Buttercup Farm were really helpful, fast delivery and it was free. I will be back for more stuff soon!

Terriable customer service. No direct line to customer service. Accesible sale team will not listen your complaint, promised to pass on messages but nobody contacts you for weeks. Damaged packaging, loss of paints in places but can not see the damages in attached photos in email. Buy a new one but delivered a returned item with other people's personal information still inside the packages. Did promise to replace damaged parts or return the item in the end but too exhausted to pursue further. Never apologise for the hassles and troubles.
Campbell Duck House
I bought a duck house for 10 ducks in June. They gave me a lead time of 20 - 30 days. They wouldn’t talk to me and when I looked for a contact number was directed on to a page of their website. They use another company for their manufacture. The duck house is too small for 8 ducks let alone 10, and the design does not give the ducks enough light to see what they are doing.i would not recommend.

Chicken house
£103 to return an item they didn’t deliver on time!!!
Placed and paid for an order beginning of June. When I realised the company weren’t going to be able to deliver the chicken coop within the given dates I was left with no alternative but to order elsewhere for the welfare of my chickens. I asked to cancel the order. The Item had not been dispatched as was still showing as processing for 48 hours AFTER buttercup farm/ pink sky trading/ lemon pavilion said I couldn’t cancel the order.
I advised I wouldn’t accept delivery of the item as it would arrive too late. They refused to cancel the order. They refused to give me any contact details for the couriers, stating only that I’d be contacted before delivery ... I wasn’t. Delivery was attempted so as I’d said, I refused delivery... 7 days later, no refund as they stated they’d have to Inspect the item for damage before they’d refund me.. (the item I refused delivery of and never had in my possession to damage!!!). Then 14 days post return of the item, they say I have to pay the courier costs for the return.... a cost of £103!!!! They won’t provide any evidence that the courier costs actually came to that amount... they won’t answer my emails or calls either. They’ve deducted over half my money, for an item that I was entitled to cancel, no longer wanted and arrived after the delivery date given at the time of ordering!!.
Shocking company... just excuse after excuse so they don’t have to refund you..

Waited 8 weeks for this to arrive, customer service is appalling, only generic emails sent after numerous emails from me.
Arbour nice, delivery man fitted in garden in minutes.Would never, ever order from them again, as non existent customer service while waiting 8 weeks for item.
Would definitely not recommend to anyone.Gillian Ramm, do you still have your assembly instructions? We are at a loss as to how to construct it... No fixings included either. Countless emails not responded to. Feeling quite upset I used this company. If you do still have the instructions, I'd be very grateful if you could email to me, it might give us an idea what the fixings look like.

delay in receiving arbour, found to be poor quality and damaged, unable to phone customer services and no reply from emails. used option 1 to talk to someone. arbour eventually collected but no sign of refund so have gone to small claims court. Still no response from them
Hi Ian, I too have had some terrible service from this company. I cannot get a response. By any chance, do you have a copy of the assembly instructions? I would be very grateful if you could email a copy to me. We have no ideal what the fixings look like, so are at a complete loss
