Unacceptable delivery location
I ordered a shed for my terrace house and made it clear that they could use next door's garden for delivery. Just a heads up - they refuse to deliver to a terrace house garden even if there's a legal walkway through next door.

My mum had to repair cracks and nails, and even the roofing felt was subpar - she had to purchase her own! I guess you can't expect much from a never-ending sale.
