I recently bought a shed from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. The order was placed smoothly and the delivery went well too. They kept me updated on the delivery every step of the way, which was great. When the shed arrived, unfortunately, two panels were cracked. I let the company know and they quickly sent out replacements without any fuss. I want to give a special mention to Megan and Lauren who stayed in touch with me throughout the whole thing. Their customer service was excellent and really made a difference. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely buy from this company again.

Metal shed purchase
I bought a metal shed from this company not long ago and I have to say, the whole experience was really frustrating. The shed arrived quickly, but actually putting it together was an absolute nightmare. It ended up taking me and a precision engineer over 5 hours to assemble it, and even with his skill, we found the instructions really unclear and hard to follow.
Forest 6x4 Pent wooden Shed
I bought a Forest 6x4 Pent wooden Shed from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. Ordering it was easy and there were no problems, they kept me updated on when it would arrive. It actually got to me pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. The shed itself was top quality, exactly like they said it would be on the website. All in all, I had a great time dealing with this company and I'd definitely tell other people to check them out.

I just bought something from the website and I have to say, it was super easy to find what I was looking for. The prices were really good too, plus I got a discount with the Blue Light offer which was a nice surprise. Got an email confirming my order this morning, but realised there was a mistake with my phone number. I've already sent an email to sort it out, so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Garden shed
The ordering process was really easy, and the website was simple to use. I liked that they had detailed descriptions and pictures of the products, it helped me choose which shed to buy. The prices were good too, especially considering how nice the sheds were. When I had a question about delivery, the customer service was friendly and helpful. But, I was a bit let down when my shed arrived later than they said, no explanation or apology. It made me wish I had shopped somewhere else for my shed.
Garden shed
My mum bought a shed from this website and it was a disaster! The delivery was a complete mess because the lorry was too heavy. I mean, couldn't they have just covered the wood with a tarpaulin or something? And when it finally arrived, my mum had to assist the driver in getting the roof panels into the garden, which wasn't ideal. The shed itself was flimsy and of poor quality. My mum had to repair cracks and nails, and even the roofing felt was subpar - she had to purchase her own! I guess you can't expect much from a never-ending sale.

I recently ordered a new shed from this company, even though I haven't sorted out all the details in my garden yet. I decided to make the order to take advantage of a special offer. The customer service was really good and they were very understanding of my situation. It's nice to see such flexibility and understanding, especially in the business world today.
Easy online purchase with a great selection
I bought a shed from this company not long ago after looking at a bunch of websites. Their website was the easiest to use, and they had loads of sheds to pick from. I liked being able to choose a delivery day that suited me. It's great that the shed is guaranteed not to rot and doesn't need treatment for years. But I'm still waiting for the delivery, so I can't say anything about the quality yet.
Garden shed purchase
I ordered a garden shed and when it arrived, it was missing two whole sections and hinges! I was really looking forward to having my own shed, but now I'm left with a half-built one getting soaked inside. I sent an email about it four days ago and still haven't received a response. I'm feeling really frustrated and let down, this is not the level of service I was anticipating. All I want is for my shed to be finished, but now I have no clue when that will be sorted. I won't be using this company again, definitely would not recommend!

Shed didn’t fit together properly when eventually erected. Shed taken back down and sitting in a heap waiting to be refunded 3 months after paying Shed’s Direct for it. Needless to say it’s the shed manufacturer to refund though we didn’t pay them .
8ft x 6ft double door apex.
Very poor quality,side panels have warped letting in rain, floor has small gap that is impossible to close .If you get one end square the other end opens. Panels are of poor quality and very thin.
Summer house
Definitely avoid sheds direct , placed order , payed for 7x5 summerhouse , was told delivery date , so took day off work to take delivery , which never turned up , as driver text to say he was outside but no one answered his text so he left , without knocking on my front door or even ringing my phone , now they refunded my money minus delivery costs , nice little earner there , take orders don't deliver , reap delivery costs

Poor quality shed, struts missing, cracks in planks, warped and bowed after installation due in part to lack of dip treatment, and vert thin plank material, floor weak, unable to resolve issues with company

We ordered a Forest Apex Overlap Pressure Treated 12x8 Double door shed from this company as it was cheaper than other places. We had it delivered so we could construct it straight away, taking our old one down and putting our new one up as we had nowhere to store our contents safely. When the shed arrived there were 3 sections of the roof that were sodden and had black mould all over them so the shed hadn't been stored carefully. I was told to "dry it out and wash it off with bleach." We started to construct our shed to then find the windows that they supplied where NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I could cut the plastic with a pair of scissors. It was like the plastic you get around toys in a box! We had to rush out, on a Sunday, to buy some polycarbonate Lite Glaze from B and Q at the cost of £78 to enable our shed to be secure overnight. The following day I asked for the company to reimburse me as I was out of pocket but they still insist that their windows are "Polycarbonate windows." They said, " We cannot pay for upgrades in materials." I wasn't upgrading my shed. I was simply putting windows up that were reasonable quality. As you can read we were very disappointed in the quality of the shed. We still need to pay out more money to buy some more wood to strengthen the floor as it is weak in places. The catch supplied to put the padlock through was very small and needed to be replaced too. All in all I would AVOID THIS COMPANY. QUALITY POOR. NOTHING LIKE WE EXPECTED. We saved for months to get this shed and now it is costing us more than we budgeted for. I'm not a person that writes negative reviews but felt it was necessary on this occasion. (I much prefer to write a positive one.)
I think your problem is probably with Forest rather than Sheds direct. We have had endless issues with Forest
products bought directly from Forest and also other suppliers.sheds direct and forest are the same company. They also operate under other identities. Look them up on companies House!
Either way your contract is with sheds direct not forest so they are responsible!
