Started thinking it might be fine, I hesitated because warranty claims sounded vague. Sales rep emailed saying there’s a one-year warranty, so I bought it. The kit developed a fault within the year. Now the same rep says it’s out of warranty and asks me to sort repairs myself. Sent the email screenshot. A bit annoyed, but it still works.
Unreliable stock info
By day five I realised something was off — I’d paid and then got a message saying the item wasn't actually in stock. I first saw the listing after a mate recommended them, so I went ahead. They then asked if I wanted to wait another week, maybe they’d restock. Now I’m stuck chasing a refund, emails back and forth and slow replies, feels sloppy but I'm dealing with it.
Smooth first buy, minor gripe
Pretty pleased overall. At first I was a bit wary — I've had slow replies from other companies — but they were quick to check my details and kept me posted. Messages answered within a day, which helped. Parcel arrived in five working days within Europe. The kit looks solid for the money. Only gripe is the pump is one-way, a small annoyance. Clock saga with a decent ending
Got a wall clock that arrived quicker than I expected. Bit of a wobble though — the plastic cover for the battery was missing so the battery rattled about. Not the smoothest process, but delivery itself was fine and customer service eventually helped. I use the clock in the kitchen every day and I’m glad it worked out.

I grabbed it during a flash sale, used a code and paid straight away, but the price charged was higher than the advertised sale price. I double‑checked my order, checked my bank, rang customer service and got no refund of the difference. Practical piece, annoying purchase process, could be better.
Quick delivery, poor aftercare
The parcel actually arrived earlier than I expected, which was a relief — I was mid-move and needed the tools to avoid straining my back. Ordering and delivery were fine. The problem is the products didn’t last. The electric shears jammed and the saw’s chain guide warped after only a few hours’ use; the sticker was still on the shears. I sent photos and videos and asked for a refund or replacement under the two‑year warranty, but I’ve had no reply. Glad the delivery was quick, but customer service has been hopeless.
Misleading specs, decent delivery
The tablet did arrive on time and the packaging was fine, so delivery gets a tick. Beyond that, it's disappointing. It was sold as Android 13 and 6GB+128GB but boots Android 7 with an old kernel and security patch from years ago. RAM seems limited, fills up and the tablet freezes after loading several large files. I raised it with customer support and had to chase replies; they were slow and not really helpful. I've had better service elsewhere, sadly.

Dodgy speaker, awkward saga
I first saw this Bluetooth speaker on a mate's shelf and ordered one online. I had even told my sister about it. Printer hassle, flat service
Honestly, I'd avoid the hassle — the product turned up faulty and the whole aftercare was more trouble than it's worth. They sent replacement parts twice but no luck, so now I'm only happy with a full replacement. It's not all doom; when running it produced decent results, so the hardware isn't entirely useless. Still, the customer service felt casual and dismissive and I ended up wasting time. If you're into tinkering go for it, otherwise I'd look elsewhere. Delivery wasn't brilliant either, which annoyed me more. I warned the mate who told me about it.
Not what I ordered, but sorted in the end

Worth the stress? Not close

So I ended up paying over €115 to post it back to an address PayPal gave me. Then the parcel ran into trouble and was sent back to me, so I had to cough up another small fee just to get the thing back home. All the while Cafago sent a late “tutorial” video that wouldn’t have fixed the fundamental faults even if it had arrived earlier. I eventually opened a PayPal dispute, explained everything multiple times, and PayPal ruled in my favour, refunding the full amount. That helped, yes, but it doesn’t bring back the hours wasted, the frustration, or the stress of dealing with shipping issues. If you rely on quick, straightforward exchanges and decent delivery support, this was the opposite. I’m annoyed and a bit drained — not how weekend hobby gear should go, really.
Defective product purchase
My experience with CAFAGO has been really disappointing. I bought a product from them over two months ago, only to find out it was faulty. I've been trying to talk to their customer service team but haven't got a proper solution yet. They took ages to reply, and the solutions they suggested didn't work. They even asked me to take apart the product to find the fault, which I think is unfair for a customer. They sent me replacement parts twice, but they didn't fix the problem. Now I'm just hoping they'll replace the whole device.
