I bought a smartwatch from this company recently, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. They told me it would arrive in 3-5 days which was great because it was meant to be a Christmas gift. But they actually shipped it 5 days late, so it didn't arrive until after Christmas. It took ages to sort it out, with loads of back and forth emails, and I only got my refund over a month later. The communication was so bad, and the whole thing was just really frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.
Wireless earbuds

Soymilk machine purchase

I wanted to give some feedback about a recent purchase I made from your online store - a soymilk machine. I was a bit disappointed because the description didn't mention the size of the machine, and when it arrived, I realised it only makes small portions of 2-3 deciliters. Another thing that let me down was the manual. It was not very helpful as it didn't clearly explain the functions or provide any troubleshooting tips. The markings on the machine were also unclear, making it difficult to figure out how to use it properly. It seems like only one function is working, and the others can't be selected. I'm starting to think that the machine might be faulty.Great value for money

Redmi TV speaker
I got a Redmi TV speaker from Cafago and I was really pleased with how quickly it arrived without any issues. It only took three days from when I ordered it, which was fantastic. But, when I opened up the package, I noticed that it didn't come with a European plug. That was a bit of a letdown because then I had to go out and buy an adapter just to use it. Besides that, the speaker's quality is alright considering the price I paid. All in all, I'd suggest checking out Cafago.com for their speedy delivery and decent products.
TV box and indoor thermometer
To be honest, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I placed an order for a TV box and an indoor thermometer, and even though I got a message saying they were sent out more than two months ago, I haven't actually got anything yet. What's worse is that when I tried to get in touch with them by email, I didn't get any reply at all. It's so annoying to feel like I've been cheated and overlooked by a company that I had faith in. I certainly won't be buying from them in the future.
Electronic product
I bought something from this company recently, and I have to say, I was really let down by their delivery and customer service. The product I ordered ended up getting sent to the wrong place, and the delivery company left it in a bit of a dodgy spot. Electronic item purchase
When the box arrived, it was pretty obvious that someone had messed with it. The Lenovo seal had been cut and taped back on. On top of that, the batteries that were meant to come with it were nowhere to be seen. To make things even worse, the delivery was all over the place - it didn't come on the day it was supposed to, but the day after. I had to take time off work just to be home for it. And to make matters more annoying, DHL Germany gave the package to Colissimo instead of delivering it themselves.
As if that wasn't bad enough, Cafago had the cheek to ask for a review four days before I even got the package. And to add insult to injury, the product itself came straight from China with an illegal one-year warranty, instead of the required two years in Europe. Fast delivery for a charger
I really like using technology from abroad, so when I needed a new charger in a hurry, I turned to CAFAGO. It was a bit more expensive than usual, but the two-day DHL Express delivery was super quick and totally worth it. I'll definitely think about shopping here again because of how fast and easy it was.
OneBot E-Bike
Awful.
My bike came on time and the price was good, but the positives end there.
There was a fault which, despite have 12 months warranty, Cafago refuses to reimburse me for. I have been in this dispute for 12 months now and largely ignored by their service team. I have had to get representation from the bank which is still ongoing.
Please save yourself the time and trouble and do not buy from them.Heater
I order a Heater in 2021-01-08 in Cafago for 94€. The product arrive in time (very good) in 2021-01-14 but notice it had a big defect. As normal procedure, I contacted the support of Cafago to help me fix the problem. After describing the problem and even sending a video with the problem as asked by them, they realize it was a product defect, couldn't fix it and offer to refund of 5€ (5% of the product value - ridiculous). Of course I rejected since I wanted a well working product. As a solution, they said I had to send them the product for full refund or exchange but I'll have to pay the transport costs (30€). In the end, I accepted a refund of 12€ for not having the problems of losing 30€ in transport or risk to have another malfunctioning product. So, this is a website were in case of a problem, the client has the work to report everything and in the end, will just lose money and time. Not recommended if support is needed
