Shampoo and Conditioner
Ordered good in good faith. I received an email saying the goods were no longer available or more the point, they couldn't guarantee the good would become available. I chose to get a refund. It's been nearly a month now and still haven't received the refund. There excuse is they're having issues with the system. Bet they're still taking. Peoples money though. Will be investigating further

I placed an order on 26th April 2020 and 7 weeks later I still have not received any communication from this company to tell me where my order is.
I cannot believe I fell for this scam.Like so many, I too have fallen victim of this company and am still waiting for a refund of a product that couldn’t be supplied. Use this company at your peril.

This company seem to be total a total scam. They take your money and you never see your goods. Will not reply to your e-mails.I am reporting them to the relative authorities for what in my opinion is fraud.
Shocking service and zero delivery
I ordered an item and was e-mailed confirmation and the money deducted. Online tracking, was sent which later said the item had arrived in my country. That was 3 weeks ago, so I e-mailed again, but Googlemail came back to say the e-mail coundn't be delivered.
Diabolical Service
The website came up as a .co.uk site and price for non prescription medicine prescribed for my dog so much cheaper than vet. Ordering was incredibly simple and it should have been delivered within 10 days. Well after due date, I emailed as no word, only to find it was out of stock!!!! It appears they had no intentions of letting me know and, what's more, the company are in France, not in the UK!!!! I now have to wait up to 14 days for a refund!! Why take my money if they could not supply the goods???? Why pretend to be a UK company???? Why not inform customers if goods out of stock???? Despicable business practices!!!! I would not touch them with a bargepole!!!!!
