This is my first experience with Carethy, and, as at first I couldn't track my order, I was a bit worried, so sent an email. The response was that someone will contact me...it never happened, which gives me some chills, thinking that I may have been scamed. The delivery finally came, a bit late than expected, but all my items were there and very well packed.
Customer service is not good, but so far I have what I ordered. I want to still ordering, as I use to many items that they have, and couldn't find here in the UK. But now from all the reviews I am really worried.
I will tray again, but I would never set an monthly order, just in case.
Would try to update with my next experience.I don't want any more orders please

Replacement items received
I just wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing customer service I got from Carethy. When I had a problem with my order, they sorted it out straight away by sending me some replacement items. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional their team was. The new items arrived in great condition, and now I'm really happy with my whole experience with Carethy.

I am contacting you because you deadline for provide me a refund was due to 19/02/2020, counting from the date you confirmed it via e-mail. Nevertheless, you are not reacting to my previous communications. According the directives 2011/83/EU of the European parliament on consumer rights and according the return policy stated in your general conditions of use and contract, you have now entered in a "breach" of contract for having failed to comply with the contractual terms. When do you plan do provide me a reimbursement before you are sued ?

Wish I had read the reviews before sending them £80 + pounds for a hair trimmer taken out of my account can’t find email confirmation mail with order number so can’t even send a claim back how are these thieves allowed to get away with this where are all the watch dog people ?

I purchased x 2 items on 26th of January
A loop handled 28oz black blender bottle and a supplement needs liver stack
Neither of which have arrived with no correspondence from yourselves
If the items are not here within 2 days I shall raise a dispute with my bank whom I have already contacted and advised about yourselves

Makeup set
My order never turned up! I've been waiting for six months and they haven't even bothered to reply to my emails. They're total scammers, so be careful! I've lost loads of money because of them. All they said was that I could place another order without taking into account the money I'd already paid for the first one. They're completely unreliable and ridiculous.
Refund delay
I am really unhappy with the service I have received from Carethy. It's been 5 months since I asked for a refund and I still haven't got it. The customer service team keeps giving me vague answers, they say they will speak to the financial department, but it seems like there isn't one. I've spoken to other people who are in the same situation, still waiting for their money back. We are all thinking about taking legal action against Carethy now. It's really frustrating and not fair to be kept waiting for so long with no clear solution in sight.

I placed an order on 26th April 2020 and 7 weeks later I still have not received any communication from this company to tell me where my order is.
I cannot believe I fell for this scam.Like so many, I too have fallen victim of this company and am still waiting for a refund of a product that couldn’t be supplied. Use this company at your peril.

Very positive online shopping experience
Very positive online shopping experience. i liked how easy it is to buy and the variety of products they sell. The delivery proceeded smoothly and I'm sure I will buy again when I finish my proteins.
Nightmare experience
I ordered loads of stuff and then got told that half of it wasn't actually available. They said I could have store credits instead of a refund, but then said there was some tech issue stopping the refund. It was so annoying, I just couldn't get it sorted out.
Order not received
I ordered something from Carethy back in February 2024 for 31,79€ and they said it would arrive by 6th March. But it didn't show up. I emailed them to ask what was going on, and they told me the Vitamin C supplement I wanted was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said they'd sort it out quickly. Despite me sending more emails asking for updates, all I got was the same apology and promise to wait for the refund. It's now 6th June and still nothing. I've now involved the Police and I'm hoping for some justice.

I spent 124€ on Carethy and never got my stuff. Sent them loads of emails but no response. I even had to threaten them in Spanish. They said they'd give me a refund straight away but it's been 5 months and still no sign of it. Such a scam. I reported them to the fraud office. Let's make sure they don't get away with it!

I ordered something that wasn't in stock, but it never came. I asked for my money back, and despite getting a few emails saying the refund was on its way, I still haven't seen any cash back in my account.
March 2024 order
I placed an order back in March 2024, but sadly, the product never made its way to me. I tried reaching out to customer service numerous times by email, but I never heard back from them. It's really annoying and disheartening to have forked out money for an item that never showed up, only to be ignored by the company. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want to actually get what you paid for and receive decent customer service.
Disappointing order experience
I ordered some products that were out of stock, so I had to cancel my order. It's been since February and I'm still waiting for my refund. The communication and service have been really poor. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Failed order delivery
I ordered something on the 13th of February, hoping it would arrive quickly. But, to my dismay, it never showed up, and on top of that, I still haven't got my money back. It seems like this company is tricking people with their fake promises, so I would advise everyone to be careful when buying from them. It's just not right to take people's cash and not deliver what was promised.
Lost package
I just want to vent about how annoying it's been dealing with this company. I ordered something way back in January and I still haven't got it. And to make things worse, they keep ignoring me and telling me lies about when it's going to arrive. It's been months of me trying to sort this out, and I've had to ask for my money back, but I'm still out of pocket by 40 quid. It's just so frustrating!

I bought something from your website back on the 20th of March, but turns out it wasn't even in stock despite it saying it was available. I asked for a refund for the payment I made through the ATM, and was told I'd get an email from "Stripe" for the refund. But guess what? I haven't got any email or refund as promised. I'm really let down by how your company has handled this whole situation, it's just not on.
