I bought some ink cartridges from this company not long ago, and one of them stopped working after just two weeks. But I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. George sorted out my problem quickly and made sure a replacement cartridge was delivered the next day. Thanks to his swift actions, I was able to get back to printing without any issues. It's great to know there are companies that still care about looking after their customers after the sale.
Returned cartridges for incorrect printer
I recently bought some printer cartridges, but I realised I got the wrong ones. I sent them back, but it looks like they got lost on the way. Marianne from Cartridge People's customer service team was amazing at finding out where they went. She was really professional and sorted everything out quickly. I'm happy to say I'll be getting my refund soon.
301 generic ink cartridges
I've been really happy with the stuff I've bought from this company, especially the 301 generic ink cartridges I got. The quality is always great and they arrive quickly. On the rare occasion I had a problem with one of my orders, the customer service team sorted it out quickly and effectively. For example, one time a black ink cartridge wasn't working right, but after doing what they suggested, they sent me a replacement without any fuss. Then, when a colour cartridge from the same order had an issue later on, they quickly sent me a replacement and honoured the guarantee until the end of the period. Their dedication to making customers happy is amazing. I'm really happy with the service I've had and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.
Quick and helpful service
I recently bought some printer ink and the staff at the shop were really great - so friendly and helpful. They assisted me in choosing the best ink for my printer and it arrived really quickly.
Incorrect Item Dispatched
I was really let down by the company when I got my latest order. I bought some ink cartridges for my printer, but when the package arrived, I saw they sent me the wrong ones. I only figured this out when I went to change the cartridges and had already opened one of the packs.
Quick shopping
I bought some ink for my printer from here and it was really quick and easy. The customer service was fantastic and the prices were really reasonable. The delivery came fast and the packaging was great, all eco-friendly and everything. They even provide a prepaid packet for you to send back your used cartridges for recycling! I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Large capacity toner cartridge
I had a problem with a big toner cartridge I bought from Cartridge People. When I got in touch with their tech support, Hannah helped me do some tests to figure out what was wrong. Once we found out the cartridge was faulty, they quickly sent me a new one for next day delivery. I was really impressed with how fast they sorted everything out and how helpful Hannah was. It was great to get such good service, especially when lots of companies don't seem to care as much about customers. I would definitely recommend them, 10 out of 10.
Urgently needed A3 pink paper
I recently bought a ream of A3 pink paper for an urgent exam at the College. The customer services team, especially Mike, were amazing! Mike made sure the paper arrived the next day, going the extra mile to track the delivery and ensure it got to us in time for our student's exam. This excellent service really helped our student, who finds it hard to read off white paper. I'm so thankful for the top-notch service from Cartridge People, and a huge thank you to Mike for all his help.
Ink cartridge purchase
I recently bought some ink cartridges from this company and I was really happy with how everything went. The website was easy to use and had loads of different products to pick from. The checkout process was quick and I got a confirmation email not long after placing my order.
Replacement ink cartridges
I called with a problem that had suddenly developed with my Canon cartridges, and both George and Leeanne were really helpful in discussing and fully resolving my problem.

Brilliant service, I inadvertently ordered incorrect cartidges; after contacting them, I received the correct ones next day as part of their wonderful service. I returned the others and was offered the choice of a credit or refund, I have chosen the refund as I will use then again, definitely!

Toner cartridge

Beware this company offers what appears to be special 'pop up' deals which turn out to be very expensive. The special copier paper turn out not to be reams of paper as you would expect but packs of 100 sheets. It's not even premium quality either but just 80g. So, it's 5X the normal price.
Your Canon machine will also recognise their compatible toner cartridges and you lose some functionality.A very simple shop
