Ladies leather slippers
Been purchasing ladies leather slippers for year from Charles Clinkard order a new pair for a hospital stay delivery was speedy unfortunately there quality control needs to be looked at the slippers send out were very poor condition stitching all puckered very expensive but I’m happy to pay for quantity as always . I sent a photo as I was desperate would have taken a discount as I urgently needed the slippers wouldn’t take my word was made to return PLEASE sort out your warehouse staff I ordered a replace not perfect but have to keep them

I am 80 years old and I was served by Sylvia Bangs at your Chichester branch. She was very helpful and personable. I was pleased to be served by a lady of similar age. Full marks to you for employing her. She understood perfectly my needs and what would be comfortable and practical fo me.
