Pink loafers order
Honestly, these loafers were amazing. I have slender, lengthy feet, size 42, and it's always a struggle to find shoes that fit properly. But Charles Clinkard really came through for me! I decided to purchase these pink loafers online and have them sent to my local store. The ordering process went smoothly, and the delivery was really fast. When I eventually got my hands on the loafers, I was extremely impressed. They matched the description on the website perfectly, and they looked even better in person. However, the real heroes were the staff at the store. They kept my shoes safe until I could collect them, and even helped me with an insole for my smaller foot. That's some excellent service right there. So, a big shoutout to Charles Clinkard for helping us out with hard-to-fit feet. You've definitely gained a loyal customer in me!
Shoes replacement and refund
I had a bit of a problem with a pair of shoes I bought from this company not long ago. A couple of months after getting them, the shoes started to go wrong. I decided to get in touch with customer service by sending them an email. To my surprise, they got back to me within 2 hours and told me to send the faulty shoes back at no cost. I got a new pair delivered to me in just 3 days, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the new shoes had the same issue, so I had to send them back once more. This time, they gave me a refund for the faulty shoes. I have to say, both Lyndsey and Janice from customer service were really great. They were super helpful and made the whole process easy and efficient.
Recent visit to store
I just wanted to say how happy I was with my recent visit to your store. It was a bit emotional for me because my late wife used to come here often, so it felt strange without her. I needed to speak to the manager about stopping the promotional mailings, and Oliver was brilliant - really professional and understanding. You can tell he loves his job, which was clear from all the times my wife and I came here. The staff were also really stylish and graceful, which made the visit even better. Overall, I had a great time in the store and I appreciate Oliver's commitment to looking after customers.
Size 2.5 pink suede sling back shoes
I just wanted to give a big thank you to the customer service team, especially Janice, for helping me with my recent order of pink suede sling back shoes in size 2.5. When I received the shoes, I noticed a small difference in shade that wasn't what I was expecting. I got in touch with Janice and she was really quick to sort me out with a free postage label for returns and made sure to find a perfect replacement for me. Comfortable shoes
I popped into the store in Leeds and it was such a good experience. There was a really nice lady who assisted me, she knew her stuff and gave me some great advice. I bought a lovely pair of comfy shoes there and then, and also ordered another pair online that I had tried on earlier. I will definitely be going back to the shop again.

I recently bought something online after being a frequent customer in the actual store. The staff in the shops have always been helpful, but since I now live far away from the shop, I thought I'd give online ordering a go. The items I got were just as they were described, and they were sent out quickly. Using a trustworthy delivery company meant that my order arrived on time and in perfect condition. All in all, I had a great experience with my online purchase.

I've got a new pair of slippers online and I have to say, I'm chuffed with the whole thing. It was dead easy to place my order - no hassle at all. I've just ordered a pair of boots online from this company for my birthday. I wasn't sure about the size, so I phoned customer services to make sure they'd get here in time. The person I spoke to was really friendly and helpful, which made ordering much easier. The boots arrived quickly and everyone loved them - they fit nicely, were comfy, and looked amazing. I didn't know this company before, but I'll definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend them.
Shoes, discounted, returned, new ones
I popped over to that place to pick up some shoes, and it was dead easy. I managed to snag a pair at a discounted price, and I'm telling you, it would have cost me a bomb elsewhere. I also picked up another pair, but they turned out to be too large, so I had to send them back. I used Royal Mail for the return and received the replacement pair just a couple of days later. It all worked out perfectly in the end!

New boots, perfect replacement
I've just treated myself to some new boots to replace my old ones and I have to say, they look absolutely amazing! The colour and style are spot on. I really adored my old Gabor boots, but I have to admit, these new ones are even better! What's more, the delivery was lightning-fast too!
Comfortable boots, falling apart
I recently bought a pair of boots from this shop and was really happy with them at first. They were super comfy and soon became my go-to pair. But, after just six months of regular wear, they began to fall apart and split. It was a real let-down after how much I loved them. I tried to contact customer service by email, but didn't get a reply. All in all, I'm really disappointed with the boots' quality and the lack of help from customer service.
Miscoloured trainers
The transaction went fine, but I was a bit let down by the trainers I got because they were a different colour/shade than I thought they would be. It could be that they've faded, but either way, they weren't what I was hoping for. I needed them quickly and didn't have time to sort out a refund, so I just had to make do with what I got.
Size 9 shoes purchased
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the lovely woman who helped me out finding five pairs of gorgeous and comfy shoes in my size! It's really hard to come across stylish choices in size 9, but your shop had exactly what I needed. I'll definitely be coming back to shop again!
Wide-fit shoes purchase
I needed to try on some wide-fit shoes, so I asked the assistant to bring me the right ones. They arrived quickly and I was really pleased with the quality and the service.
Shoes too small, one pair faulty
I got two pairs of shoes, but they both had problems - one was too small and the other had a fault on the left toe. I couldn't swap them as it was the last pair. It was really disappointing because they were just what I wanted and I really liked them. I wish I hadn't got a faulty pair to begin with.
New sandals
I needed to find some new sandals because my old ones were looking really worn out. I went online and came across the perfect pair on this great website. I placed an order and they arrived much faster than I thought they would. The service was excellent, with no issues at all. Thank you very much!
Wrong sized shoes
I bought some size 9 shoes for my dad, but they turned out to be way too big. I had to shell out £12.75 just to send them back for a refund, which actually ended up costing me £18.74 in the end. I wouldn't suggest using this service, you're better off looking elsewhere.
Shoes bought for college
My trip to that shop was really disappointing. They didn't have many shoes to choose from, and the staff didn't seem bothered about helping me. When I asked for help, the person I spoke to was unfriendly and didn't seem to care. Plus, the prices were a bit high considering the quality of the shoes they had.
