Unwrapping it I suddenly felt relieved — had been a bit iffy before buying after seeing it on Instagram and a mate’s tip. The build and packaging are solid, two-man delivery to the room was tidy. My doubts faded, mostly. Biggest gripe is the promised delivery slot changed and nobody fed me updates quickly. Bit annoying, but works well.
Halfway through the wait
Halfway through month three I gave up chasing them. The item was marked 'in stock' and I needed it for my home office, so I paid straight away. Shipping never happened, I cancelled, and the promised refund—due in about a week—still hasn't shown up. Small hope it arrives, but now it's unlikely after months of chasing.
Solid buy, no faff

Delivery chap left the big parcel in the hall — careful, polite, no faff. Assembly was simple, only a few screws; drawers run smoothly and the top feels solid, not plasticky. Nearly wrote them off
I spotted this desk on a mate's Instagram and thought I'd try it. First delivery had a scrape, I admit I was ready to write them off, and the service was slow at first, kept chasing. Finally here, but meh
the panels feel weighty, the paint's matte and not too fussy, rails glide smoothly though one drawer nips at the end and a hinge squeaks if you slam it. It sits well in the bedroom and holds my winter coats fine. Happy to have it, annoyed at the wait — mixed feelings, really.
