I recently bought a Dark Wood Dressing Table from the store and I'm really happy with it. The quality is great and I'm glad I picked it. The delivery was on time and it came earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The only problem I had was with the assembly instructions from the manufacturer, they weren't that clear. But once I got it all set up, I was really pleased with how it looked. I also liked that Customer Services gave me a call to check if I was happy with my purchase, it showed they care about their customers.
Furniture order
I ordered some furniture from this shop recently and I was really impressed with how smooth and easy the whole process was. Right from the beginning to the end, everything went without a hitch. Large mirror purchase
The mirror I got from this place was spot on - stylish, versatile and a bargain. Even though they didn’t have it at first, the customer service lot kept me in the loop about when it would arrive. Bed frame and mattress
I recently got a new bed frame and mattress from this awesome furniture store and I have to say, it was amazing! The bed frame is really sturdy and the mattress feels like sleeping on a cloud. I ordered them online and they got in touch with me really fast to sort out a delivery date that suited me. The items arrived in just 3 days and were packaged really securely. I will definitely be shopping there again for more cool stuff for my room!
Armchair purchase.
I decided to buy an armchair from this furniture store because it was much cheaper than other places. Ordering was easy, and they got in touch quickly to confirm the delivery date. To my surprise, the chair turned up a week earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice bonus. The quality of the armchair was better than I expected, and I am really happy with my purchase. The staff gave brilliant service, and their communication was spot on. All in all, I would definitely recommend this furniture store as I am really pleased with everything from start to finish. Console table
I bought a console table from the shop recently and I'm really happy with the quality. The table is strong and seems like it will last a long time. This isn't the first time I've bought something from this shop, and once again, they haven't let me down. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for furniture.

Being a new customer, I have to say I was really impressed with the service from this company. Everything was top-notch and I felt totally at ease making my purchase. The returns were a breeze and I got my refund super quick with no trouble at all. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this company to anyone else.
Recent chair purchase
I bought some chairs from this shop recently and I have to say, I was really happy with the whole experience. Even though I wasn't around when they were delivered, the staff made a real effort to make sure the chairs were put in my house safely. They were so dedicated to good customer service, they even called me a few times to organise the delivery. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional they were from start to finish. The chairs arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Bedroom furniture set
I bought some furniture from this place and it's really good quality. The customer service was amazing too. They kept me in the loop about my order and it was delivered on time as promised. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a great shopping experience at this store.
Dinning table with chairs
I bought a very pricey marble table with 6 chairs. 1st of all it took over 4 months to complete my order, I always had to phone or email about my order, the delivery date kept changing. Finally when my table was delivered it was faulty but the customer service is not even acknowledging the fault! It's still on going issue with them!
I would not recommend you to shop with this company, I wish I did my research and saw these reviews before my order.
Or maybe they don't even care about there bad reviews otherwise they would have handled their customers complains more seriously!
ATable
Absolutely appalling service and poor quality products that stink of mould, avoid at all costs! Firstly, this company advertises products with the incorrect stock availability. We had to wait over two months for our dining table despite the website showing a delivery between 7-10 working days. We were bombarded with delivery updates up until the 10th working day then we were left with no communication or explanation as to why the table hadn't been delivered until we called their customer services for a reason. When we were finally given a delivery date we were called in the morning of the delivery day and told that the table wouldn't fit onto the van. Eventually when the table arrived and was removed from the packaging there was a foul smell of mould that filled the whole house. The smell was still present for the following 3 days despite our best efforts to remove it. The quality of the table is poor, with it being made of constructed marble we were astonished to see that it is held together using bolt plugs that are far too small glued into the base to hold the table top. Of course these plugs popped out of the holes as there was an insufficient amount of glue to hold it in and of course we were accused of over tightening the bolts to the plugs by the Company which didn't come as a surprise! This company is an absolute joke and their customer service is just as appalling, they are unhelpful, dismissive and very very rude. One particular member of staff even suggested that we have health issues with blood pressure which is the most disgusting comment I've ever heard from any member of customer service. Dont waste your money or time on this company's products!

Good communication about delivery date, goods were well packaged and arrived safely. Price 15% cheaper than elsewhere and even a follow up call to ensure we were satisfied- will use again!
TV Units and display box
Arrogant Customer Service Department! We ordered 3 items from this company, 1 of which was wrong when it was delivered. We requested for the wrong item to be collected and the correct one to be delivered back in November 2019. We were then told the correct item was no longer in stock so we would have to wait. At which point we decided that we would return all the items as the delay was too long. In all this time I have been calm, patient and have tolerated the delay. The customer service department sent an email to say the collection date would be 20th December. No driver turned up on that day. When I called on the 27th December to find out what happened and when the items would be collected I was told that the delivery department would only start back at work on the 6th January. Monday 6th January I called customer service again and requested an urgent pick up as we needed the bulky items removed by Wednesday 8th January. The person on the phone at that time said that he would note on the system my request and this could happen by the requested date. When I called today to see if a driver was booked in to collect the items, John informed me that I would get an email by the end of the day to let me know when the pick up was scheduled. When I mentioned to John that I spoke to someone on Monday he went on to tell me that he does not believe that I called. I asked if he was saying that I was lying. He said "YES". He went on to day that there is nothing he could do and for me to just wait. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said there was no one else that i could speak with. Rude is a nice way of putting it. I have worked with customers before and never in my life would I dream of speaking to anyone in that manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNWILLING TO HELP!
Mirror dressing table
£770 - 90kg dressing table delivered by 2 men to inside our (2 x 70+ year old pensioners) front door to a 2 bedroom semi.
The men stated DOORSTEP DELIVERY and would not take it upstairs and left it where they could in a tiny hallway and into the lounge.
We were offered £20 compensation, but could not get anyone prepared to move it without possible damage.
Follow up phone conversations stated it was our fault for not ordering the correct delivery option and also for not keeping the men before we sorted things out with the office. The 2 men stated they could not move it and left -and the office stated they could not send anyone to move it because they were busy as it's near Christmas.
It was our fault for returning to them, as it took them 8 months to sort out our last order mix up, but we chose to go back to them thinking it was a one off.Ercol Ballatta Drinks Cabinet
BEWARE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE, as they will confirm a delivery date, and then whether it is going to be AM or PM delivery, and that's where the communication ends. The first attempted delivery was at 6:41am, or at least this is when the delivery driver last tried to ring me to advise the delivery. When I called back at 8am it was too late, and it would need to be rearranged. Customer service on the phone was interesting, and suggested that the unsociable hour was an AM time. I replied so is 00:05, and so maybe I should have waited up from then. I imagine this wont be this lads last job but if he were to remain in customer service I would strongly suggest he has some training in basic customer service.
Upon rearrangement 7 days later, I stipulated that a 90 minute window for my now PM delivery be communicated to ensure that someone be in. This was a large unit, and it wasn't cheap so I didn't think I was asking a lot of a company who weren't forthcoming with communications. At 11:39am I receive a call which I was not able to answer as I was playing sport, but around 6 mins later I text this number back to confirm that I had received their message and I expected delivery in or around 90 minutes, before continuing with my match. Multiple calls came in, and it turned out that they were outside my property at midday. PM, yes, but a 21 minute window which isn't even their 30 minutes they propose as part of their automated service. Thankfully my partner was able to rush back to take the delivery and close this saga.
Wrong. The item was damaged, and not just a nick or scratch, the mirror in the display case was smashed. Thankfully the delivery guys unpackaged it before attempting to bring it indoors, though the packaging was in a terrible state anyway, both soggy and torn. So back in the delivery van it went, but not before marking our patio with the power cord.
Customer service again, different person, submitted complaint and requested a call back from a manager. Call received, and the manager had no clue why he was calling me. No internal communication. Left it with him, and also requested having compensation to clean the marks from our patio, which at this point they are questioning, as their "experts" insisting that the wire would need to be melted to do this. These experts should look into the idea of a trapped plug being dragged along the pathway, and should inspect the plug for damage.
Order cancelled, replacement sourced elsewhere.Dining room set
Awful company to deal with: Poor communication, mis-information, delivered the wrong item, and its taken getting our credit card company involved before finally getting our money back.
We ordered a dining room set off the Choice Furniture Store website taking advantage of an offer that was on at the time, and paid our deposit on our credit card. We had been told that it would take about a month before the item was in stock.
After two months of chasing them for updates, we were eventually told that they had our table and two of the four dining chairs in stock but were awaiting the final two. We decided to get them to deliver what they had and paid an additional amount to cover the part order but withheld the final balance while the other chairs were outstanding.
When the item arrived, there were no chairs delivered and it wasn’t the table we had ordered.
After contacting their customer services, we were asked to give them 24 hours to look into what had gone wrong, and locate our items. Having heard nothing, we again had to chase them for an answer. After speaking to several members of staff and getting different answers, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I gave them available dates to collect the incorrect table, with each being dismissed by them as being unsuitable.
After a week of telephone calls and emails and feeling like we were getting nowhere, we contacted our credit card company to seek assistance with getting our refund, which has finally been issued by CFS and eventually the wrong table has been collected.6 door wardrobe
Quality of the item very average, parts delivered were damaged and had to be replaced.
Customer service is non existent. They promise to call back and they don't. Constant excuses that the situation is out of their control and it is supplier's fault. Trying to get things fixed since November 2018. Truly unacceptable service, won't ever use the company again.
Oh and the promotion of 7% of is for new customers only and it is there all the time, although the code never actually works and you need to call.Good and efficient service in store
