Reliable service
I ordered a Christmas Tree from Christow and it was delivered a few days later. However, it was faulty. I am not entirely sure if it developed the fault before shipping or during shipping. I immediately reached out to Christow customer service department and they apologized for the situation and quickly sent a replacement. It was a good thing I placed my order in November as the replacement got to me before 20th of December. Hence, the faulty order didn't affect my use of the product for my Christmas. It was also great having a swift replacement for the Christmas tree without issues.
Dreadful Customer Experience
Product price increased by £20 since last purchase 4 weeks ago. Ordered anyway. The day after delivery issued an e-mail with a 15% off code that the orgainisation would not honour. Very disingenuous and evident that the promotion is not as what ot seems as the price was incresaed to fund the discount! Sending back under the 14 day DSA. Very silly people, a lost customer and now poor reviews and will cost them more in the long run. No commercial or CX sense what so ever!
