New Christow cloches
I've just bought the new Christow cloches and I have to say, I'm really happy with the quality. They've done wonders for my plants, making them healthier and better than ever before. I'll definitely be getting more as my plants continue to thrive. I would definitely recommend these cloches to any gardener wanting to enhance their plant growth.
Dreadful Customer Experience
Product price increased by £20 since last purchase 4 weeks ago. Ordered anyway. The day after delivery issued an e-mail with a 15% off code that the orgainisation would not honour. Very disingenuous and evident that the promotion is not as what ot seems as the price was incresaed to fund the discount! Sending back under the 14 day DSA. Very silly people, a lost customer and now poor reviews and will cost them more in the long run. No commercial or CX sense what so ever!
