I ordered something I’d use every day — spare coffee filters for the office machine. It never turned up. Emails bounced and the phone number was dead. I even popped to the Bradford address and neighbours had no clue. Customer service never replied. Bank sorted a refund in the end. Useful when it works, but not here.
Nearly didn’t trust it
Sat at my desk, half expecting another faff from an online retailer, I unboxed it and then relaxed — nice screen, colours sharp and set-up was painless. I’d had dodgy deliveries before, so the free delivery and how it arrived on time really sealed it for me. Thinking about a second one.
Phone dead, sort it out
I ordered and honestly, the delivery and customer service were the real problem. Tried ringing and emailing first — the phone line seemed dead and emails went unanswered. I managed to cancel via my card but it was a faff. Reported it to Trading Standards. I've used proper retailers before; this one needs sorting, not ideal but OK if you're careful.
Nearly didn't, glad I did
Nearly didn't pull the trigger — had bad experiences before — but needed a better monitor for persistent neck strain while working from home. The site was dead easy to use and delivery was fast; the screen arrived well packed and saved my posture. Still a bit surprised, but pleased.

Not worth the hassle
I wouldn’t use them again. Ordered ten bits, six turned up okay with tracking, the other four went missing for weeks and I heard nothing back despite a few emails. After a month I put a dispute through my card company and then, weirdly, those four items suddenly showed as “dispatched” but with no tracking info — and still no reply from customer service. It’s the silence that gets you, really. Feels sloppy and makes you wonder how returns or real faults would be handled. If you don’t want to chase your money or waste time sending emails that go unanswered, shop somewhere else. Just my two pence — frustrating, a bit sad, and honestly avoidable. I’d warn mates to steer clear unless they’ve fixed their customer support.
Never got to try it
emails unanswered, calls not picked up. PayPal gave me their registered contact and said to email before doing more. I never got to test the mouse, so can’t say how it feels, which is a bit annoying.
Strange shop, decent item
Bought this on a bit of a whim because the product photos looked alright — and honestly the item itself turned out better than I expected. The website had links that went nowhere, no cancel button, and you’re pushed to email them if you want changes — which felt awkward. I asked for a refund once I got twitchy about the site and, instead of sorting it, the reply was a terse, almost rude one-liner. No proper explanation, no apology. Luckily I’d paid with PayPal, raised a dispute and that got things moving; without that I think I’d have been stuck. All in all I like the product feel, but the customer side was messy. If you care about straightforward service, maybe look elsewhere — though the item itself isn’t bad at all.

I bought a laptop from this company not long ago, and it was an absolute nightmare. Their customer service was terrible - they completely ignored my emails and calls. I ended up having to get my credit card company involved to sort things out and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - they're really unprofessional. Cancelled order without notification

Eventually, I had to open a chargeback because they were being so unhelpful. And you know what? As soon as I did that, they miraculously dispatched the remaining 4 items. Seems pretty shady, doesn't it? I'm really not impressed. I wouldn't rely on their shipping times or trust that they'll actually send you everything you've ordered.

Weeks went by and I didn't hear a peep about my order - no updates, no notifications, nothing. I tried emailing and calling customer service but I was met with radio silence, which just left me feeling frustrated and worried about whether my purchase was even legitimate. In the end, I had to turn to Paypal to sort everything out, which really shouldn't have been necessary for a simple online buy. All in all, ComputersDeal really dropped the ball on this one, with seriously unprofessional and below par customer service.

I bought a motherboard last Sunday but I haven't heard anything about my order since. Even though I got an invoice saying 'refund', I haven't got my refund or the motherboard. I've tried calling and messaging the company on ebay but they haven't responded. This lack of communication and customer service is really bad.
