Laptop purchase
I bought a laptop from this company not long ago, and it was an absolute nightmare. Their customer service was terrible - they completely ignored my emails and calls. I ended up having to get my credit card company involved to sort things out and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - they're really unprofessional. I'd suggest steering clear of their services.
Cancelled order without notification
I had a bit of a letdown with my order from ComputersDeal recently. I thought I'd made a purchase, but then I discovered it had been cancelled without warning. I only found out because PayPal let me know about the cancellation. I tried to get in touch with ComputersDeal via email, but they didn't respond or explain why they cancelled my order. The lack of communication and professionalism really got to me, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a laptop and accessories from this store, and it was such a nightmare. They only sent me 6 out of the 10 things I ordered, and it took them ages to even dispatch the other 4 items. I sent them three emails, but they ignored me each time. Eventually, I had to open a chargeback because they were being so unhelpful. And you know what? As soon as I did that, they miraculously dispatched the remaining 4 items. Seems pretty shady, doesn't it? I'm really not impressed. I wouldn't rely on their shipping times or trust that they'll actually send you everything you've ordered.
Logitech Mouse
I recently ordered a Logitech Mouse from ComputersDeal and I have to say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I got my confirmation email and thought everything would be smooth sailing from there, but boy was I wrong. Weeks went by and I didn't hear a peep about my order - no updates, no notifications, nothing. I tried emailing and calling customer service but I was met with radio silence, which just left me feeling frustrated and worried about whether my purchase was even legitimate. In the end, I had to turn to Paypal to sort everything out, which really shouldn't have been necessary for a simple online buy. All in all, ComputersDeal really dropped the ball on this one, with seriously unprofessional and below par customer service.

I bought a motherboard last Sunday but I haven't heard anything about my order since. Even though I got an invoice saying 'refund', I haven't got my refund or the motherboard. I've tried calling and messaging the company on ebay but they haven't responded. This lack of communication and customer service is really bad.

I'm really let down by the service I received from this company. I ordered a product but it never showed up, and I didn't hear anything from their customer support team. I tried calling the number they gave me, but no one ever picked up. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone.
