Motherboard purchase
I bought a motherboard last Sunday but I haven't heard anything about my order since. Even though I got an invoice saying 'refund', I haven't got my refund or the motherboard. I've tried calling and messaging the company on ebay but they haven't responded. This lack of communication and customer service is really bad.
HP Monitor purchase
I bought a monitor from this company recently and I have to say, I am really impressed. The product is excellent, the service was great, and the price was fair. I will definitely be buying from them again. The HP monitor I got has really impressed me with its quality and performance. The colours are so bright and the resolution is amazing. I am really happy with my purchase.
Non-delivery & lack of communication
I'm really let down by the service I received from this company. I ordered a product but it never showed up, and I didn't hear anything from their customer support team. I tried calling the number they gave me, but no one ever picked up. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone.

My experience with ComputersDeal was not great at all. I bought a laptop from them and had problems with it soon after I got it. When I tried to contact customer service for help, they didn't seem to care at all. It felt like all they wanted was my money and not to actually help me. Overall, dealing with ComputersDeal was really annoying and disappointing. I wouldn't suggest anyone to use this company.

I ordered a laptop from the store which was delivered to me afterward. I love the laptop lightweight, its capacity is exactly what I wanted. High memory and works smoothly. It charges well and lasts for hours. I was well satisfied with the product. I got a backpack for my laptop to make it easier to take to work.
