I bought a part from this company recently and I'm pleased to say they actually had the part I needed. They also gave me enough info to be pretty sure it was the right one. It was a big relief for me because I'd bought the wrong part twice from other places due to bad advice. The only downside was the hassle of import duty to Ireland, which made things a bit tricky. Luckily, I managed to get the part through a friend in Belfast, so it all turned out okay in the end.

Recent online purchase experience
I recently bought something online and even though it arrived quickly, I had a really tough time trying to return it. I tried four times but couldn't fill out the return form online, I also filled out two enquiry forms and had two live chats, but it didn't help. Finally, a guy named Mohammed sorted it out. But it's been two weeks already and the item won't be collected for another week. Mohammed said the refund will come 3-5 days after they collect it. Not having a phone line for customer service is just silly, especially when the website isn't great either. Overall, I'm not happy with how the return went and won't use this service again.
Replacement parts purchase
I've bought replacement parts from Partmaster a few times now and every time they've come through with top-notch products that have kept my appliances going strong. They might not be the cheapest, but their parts are great quality and their customer service is really helpful, so I reckon it's worth the cost. I really appreciate how reliable and quick they are at getting me the parts I need to sort out my appliances.
Product return process
I had to return something I bought from the store, and it was a bit of a nightmare. To start with, the delivery driver didn't turn up on the day they were supposed to, so I had to take a day off work. Then, I had to use the chat feature on the website to sort things out, which was a bit of a faff. Even after getting in touch with customer service three times, I still haven't heard anything about my refund. It's really frustrating and has made the whole shopping experience pretty disappointing.
LG washer dampers replacement
I just bought some dampers to change the ones in my LG washer. Installing them was easy, and I saw a noticeable difference in my washer's performance straight away. The website was simple to use, and I found the parts I needed fast. I liked that I could pick between genuine parts and cheaper pattern parts, though they looked so similar that it made me wonder if the genuine ones were really worth the extra money. Kettle filter

Beware of Partmaster- avoid if at all possible! This company must be a scam.
I ordered a new filter for my kettle. That was back in the beginning of February. I have had no communication from this company. Plus there is no way I can contact them. Even their online delivery tracking system does not work. Partmaster is either a joke or a scam. Save your money and buy from someone else. It is a shame that Partmaster is affiliated with Curry’s.CI034953220
I ordered 2 parts and I was charged twice for these items not good customer service and cant get my money back until next working day as I places my order on the weekend very disappointing why was i charged twice not fare
Vacuum tool
Ordered the part on the 4th April on the 9th April still waiting there no tracking available and contact with partmaster however they took the money out of my account straight away but I don't have the item not impressed with this company

I am telling you part master saved my bank account to get broke so many times. Its difiiuclt to changed things just because the one part is refused to work. Last week, my doors got jammed and that happens because of the knob. I was kinda running over the budget, so it was not a time to get detail reparing. However, i bought things from here and its good . I am good, my door is good and my bank is good.
Be advised that I have just been informed by Partsmaster that parts that I require to repair a Logic brand Washer dryer purchased 18 months ago are NOT available making the product effectively obsolete. It is disgraceful that this product can be sold without sufficient parts back up after such a short period of time. To add insult to injury the service department response to quries is APPALLING and if posible I would rate this company minus 5
