Happy enough — worked fine, good price and fast delivery, just a few marks on the controller. A mate tipped me and I’m glad I bought it.
Did the job

Quick delivery, decent service

Quick delivery, mixed bag
Was sceptical before buying but gave it a go. Delivery was quick and I used it right away. First feel was okay, usable though R2 wasn't seated properly and now some stick drift after a month.
Finally a working controller
Funny moment — I realised it was worth it when me and my partner finally sat down to a co‑op session and the sticks behaved, no drift, proper smooth. I needed a spare after our old pad died mid-game and we'd been burned before, so was a bit wary. Company sorted a quick replacement and the relief was real, honestly glad it went this way.
That satisfying unboxing moment
There was this weird calm when I opened the box — not over the top, just that first proper look and I knew it had gone well. The site itself was dead easy to use, picked colours without faffing about and the customiser showed exactly what I’d get. I’ve had controllers from cheaper places that arrived scuffed or with dodgy paint, so I wasn’t holding my breath. Seeing the finished controller though, that’s when I relaxed — the paint was smooth, the finish felt solid in hand and the design matched what I’d put together. Packaging was neat, nothing fancy but sensible, so no drama. If I’m picky, one thumbstick was a touch stiffer out of the box, but after a few hours it settled and frankly it didn’t spoil things. The discount at checkout was a nice surprise, made it feel like a smart buy. Will definitely use them again when I want another customised setup.
Quick delivery, dodgy controller
Halfway through a game I noticed the controller kept cutting out, but luckily the delivery was quick and customer support were brilliant. I had to swap it twice in a month, which is annoying, yet each time replacements arrived promptly and were sorted within a week. I've had worse waits with other firms, so despite the dodgy unit I'm happy with how they handled it.
Custom Elite 2 controller
I was really impressed with the service from the company. They delivered my custom Elite 2 controller quickly and answered all my questions efficiently. The controller arrived on time and in perfect condition. The custom graphics, interchangeable thumbsticks, and adjustable triggers were even better than I expected. I'm really happy with my purchase and now thinking about getting a custom PS5 controller too.

Dualsense controller repair
I had really bad stick drift on my Dualsense controller, so I thought it was best to send it off for repair instead of trying to fix it myself. The repair went well and now my controller is as good as new. I'm happy to be back gaming on my PS5. I'd definitely suggest their repair services to anyone having the same problems.

I had a bit of a problem at first, but the person at the store was really helpful. They kept me informed and did their best to fix things. They even sent me a new controller and Xbox! I'm really looking forward to them arriving.
Metal Gear controller
I recently bought this Metal Gear controller from that store and it looked really cool. However, when I started playing, the stick began drifting unexpectedly. It was ruining my sneaky missions in Metal Gear Solid V! I left a negative review and they contacted me to resolve the issue. The person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and they quickly sent me a replacement. Now I'm just eagerly waiting for it to arrive, but I am impressed by how much they value their customers and address any issues. Thank goodness!
Quick delivery, amazing graphics, personalized controller
I'm so pleased with my purchase! The graphics on the controller are fantastic and being able to personalise it with my own name really made it extra special. Xbox Design Labs Controller Repair
I got in touch with this company to fix my Xbox Design Labs controller that had already been repaired by another company. I told the sales rep what had happened, and they suggested I buy their repair service. But then, after I sent my controller off for fixing, they promptly gave me a refund and told me they don't repair Design Labs controllers or devices that had been serviced before. It was really disappointing to suddenly hear this after I had already paid for the service. Now I'm annoyed that my controller is stuck with them until they send it back to me.

Oh my gosh, my custom controller was seriously cool! It arrived really quickly and it was absolutely awesome. The design was amazing, and the price was spot on. I've been using my new controller a lot and it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend getting one!

I was really pleased with how quickly my order arrived. I went for the free delivery choice thinking it would come after the weekend, but it turned up in just 2 days. Wireless custom controller with sticking RB button
The wireless custom controller I bought was really good in general, but I did notice that the RB button would get a bit stuck sometimes on both controllers I got. It was a bit disappointing because I was expecting the controllers to work perfectly given that they were custom-made. Apart from that issue, I was happy with how the controllers looked and felt. The range of customisation options was brilliant and I liked being able to choose colours and designs that matched my tastes. The controllers were also comfortable to hold and use while gaming, which is really important for me as I play games often. Even though the RB button sticks a bit, I still use these custom controllers regularly because they are good quality and look great.
Fast shipping, expensive price, amazing controller
The shipping was really quick and the controller looked absolutely amazing when it arrived. I got it as a present for my little brother and he was over the moon with it! Although I do have to say that it was a bit pricey for my taste. Nevertheless, all in all, it was a fantastic experience.
