I bought the controller because it was cheap and came quickly, but I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the quality. The one I got keeps switching off on its own, even when it's charged up and I'm not even touching it. It's really annoying and ruins gaming because I can't use it properly. I was really looking forward to using this controller, but it's just not up to scratch.

I picked up a really cool Xbox controller from this place for my brother. It arrived really quickly and he was really happy with it. And the best part is, it wasn't too expensive either! A total win-win situation!

I was really disappointed with the service I got after ordering a custom gaming controller from this company. The controller I got wasn't the one I asked for, and it was obvious that it hadn't been checked properly before they sent it to me. What's more, there were random labels inside that had nothing to do with gaming, which made me suspicious. When I got in touch with customer service about the mix-up, they just sent me another controller without even checking if I wanted a refund. But the replacement controller was also damaged, which made me doubt their quality control process. It took a frustrating 23 days from when I first ordered to get a refund for the wrong controller. All in all, my experience with this company was a real letdown.
