Xbox controller purchase
I picked up a really cool Xbox controller from this place for my brother. It arrived really quickly and he was really happy with it. And the best part is, it wasn't too expensive either! A total win-win situation!
Custom gaming controller
I was really disappointed with the service I got after ordering a custom gaming controller from this company. The controller I got wasn't the one I asked for, and it was obvious that it hadn't been checked properly before they sent it to me. What's more, there were random labels inside that had nothing to do with gaming, which made me suspicious. When I got in touch with customer service about the mix-up, they just sent me another controller without even checking if I wanted a refund. But the replacement controller was also damaged, which made me doubt their quality control process. It took a frustrating 23 days from when I first ordered to get a refund for the wrong controller. All in all, my experience with this company was a real letdown.
