This place is amazing for anyone wanting top-quality furniture. The showroom is so welcoming, the staff are really helpful and give great advice. They have loads of different fabric samples for you to try out, so you can see how everything will look in your home. Dealing with this company was really easy all the way through. The delivery went really smoothly, and they kept me up to date at every stage. And the sofa bed - wow! It's honestly the best I've ever seen. The sofa is so comfy, and you'd never even know it turns into a bed. The bed itself is really spacious and gives a great night's sleep. Switching between sofa and bed is so simple - a real stroke of design brilliance. We absolutely love our new purchase.

Our recent purchase of the Payton 2 Seater Sofa Bed with a mattress upgrade was fantastic. We initially planned to use it as a guest bed, but ended up sleeping on it ourselves for a week while waiting for our new bed to arrive. The customer service in this place was really helpful when I was in the store, but that's about the only good thing I can say. They delayed my sofa delivery not just once, but twice, maybe even three times. So I ended up getting my sofa a whole month later than they initially said. Well, I just want to say that the staff at this place were really fantastic, you know? They were so polite and helpful, it made our shopping trip really easy. Customized sofa purchase
I recently ordered a custom-made sofa from this company and I have to say the craftsmanship is outstanding. Although there was a slight delay in delivery because of my own error, the sofa arrived in perfect condition. There was a little water stain that I think occurred during transit, but they promptly sent someone to my house to sort it out. I am extremely pleased with the sofa's quality and the professional service they offered.
£3000+ sofa
The showroom was fine and the customer service post-purchase was okay. But, the sofa we purchased was a bit disappointing. We spent over £3000 on it, but it seems like a basic piece that could be found in any furniture store. The fabric is good, but the seat cushions aren't very supportive and the back cushions are already losing their shape after just two months. Considering the price we paid, we were hoping for better quality. Feeling let down by the value for money overall.
Emperor bed purchase
I bought an emperor bed from this company not long ago. At first, I was happy with it, even though I noticed a bit of a wobble when putting it together. But then, after less than a year of using it, the headboard suddenly split and the whole bed fell apart. It was pretty disappointing, to be honest.

Although my order did arrive a bit late, around 3 weeks overdue, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, I am really happy with my new sofas and the service I received.
