Super cool sofa
I recently found a really awesome sofa at this shop, and it's super comfy and looks great in my room. The staff there were so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect one. Mohammed at the store near Birmingham was incredibly helpful and kept me in the loop about my order, which was brilliant.
Sofa purchase
The customer service in this place was really helpful when I was in the store, but that's about the only good thing I can say. They delayed my sofa delivery not just once, but twice, maybe even three times. So I ended up getting my sofa a whole month later than they initially said. It was so annoying because I'd planned my room decor around the sofa arriving on time, but no luck. They hardly told me anything about the delays, which was a letdown. It made me wonder if I could trust the company at all. It was such a stressful time really, and they could have managed it all much better.
£3000+ sofa
The showroom was fine and the customer service post-purchase was okay. But, the sofa we purchased was a bit disappointing. We spent over £3000 on it, but it seems like a basic piece that could be found in any furniture store. The fabric is good, but the seat cushions aren't very supportive and the back cushions are already losing their shape after just two months. Considering the price we paid, we were hoping for better quality. Feeling let down by the value for money overall.
Emperor bed purchase

But then, after less than a year of using it, the headboard suddenly split and the whole bed fell apart. It was pretty disappointing, to be honest.

I'm really pleased with the quality of my new sofas, they're exactly what I wanted. The delivery company were great, they were efficient, polite, and kept me informed the whole time.
