I absolutely love my new sofa bed, it's just what I was picturing. Esmee and Jasmine from customer service were so helpful when I needed some last-minute delivery help. The Atlas delivery team were fast, efficient, and kept me in the loop about their arrival time. All in all, a brilliant experience!
Furniture delivery and sofa addition
The delivery from this company was top-notch. They gave us clear and accurate info about when our stuff would arrive, so we didn't have to worry. The delivery guys were spot on - professional and quick. The furniture is gorgeous and now our living room is extra stylish and comfy. Payton 2 Seater Sofa Bed with mattress upgrade
Our recent purchase of the Payton 2 Seater Sofa Bed with a mattress upgrade was fantastic. We initially planned to use it as a guest bed, but ended up sleeping on it ourselves for a week while waiting for our new bed to arrive. The comfort level was truly exceptional, and we would definitely recommend getting the mattress upgrade. The sofa bed fits in perfectly with the decor in our office, adding a touch of elegance to the room. The delivery men were very professional and polite, even going the extra mile by taking off their shoes and showing us how to open and close the sofa bed. All in all, it was a great purchase that we are really pleased with.

Buying a sofabed from this shop was a breeze, no stress at all. The customer service there was top-notch, with the staff being super friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of our order kept us in the loop on our sofabed's production progress, which was fab. I recently ordered a custom-made sofa from this company and I have to say the craftsmanship is outstanding. Although there was a slight delay in delivery because of my own error, the sofa arrived in perfect condition. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
Invested in 2 couches
Well, I just want to say that the staff at this place were really fantastic, you know? They were so polite and helpful, it made our shopping trip really easy. We popped in a few times and they were consistently great with their service. The only hiccup was that the delivery took a tad longer than we thought, but they did give us a heads up about it beforehand. Overall, I'd say it was a really good experience and we're happy with what we bought.

I popped into the showroom in Hertford the other day to have a look at the sofa beds. I was happy to see that the pieces were really well-made and sturdy, just like the great reviews I had seen online. Lara was brilliant and really knew her stuff, she answered all my questions without any trouble. I liked that I could take home some fabric samples to help me picture how the sofa would look in my place using their big fabric sheets. I was really impressed by the quality of the products, Lara's top-notch service, and the discounted prices. I'll definitely be ordering online very soon.
