The woman who assisted me with my order was absolutely wonderful. She really went out of her way to ensure everything was sorted to my liking. She made the whole process really easy and stress-free, nothing was too much trouble for her. I'm over the moon with my new sofa, it's even better than I had hoped. The delivery men were also great, they arrived on time, were polite, and took extra care bringing the sofa into my home without any damage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
Invested in 2 couches
Well, I just want to say that the staff at this place were really fantastic, you know? They were so polite and helpful, it made our shopping trip really easy. We popped in a few times and they were consistently great with their service. The only hiccup was that the delivery took a tad longer than we thought, but they did give us a heads up about it beforehand. Overall, I'd say it was a really good experience and we're happy with what we bought.
Sofa Beds Purchase
I popped into the showroom in Hertford the other day to have a look at the sofa beds. I was happy to see that the pieces were really well-made and sturdy, just like the great reviews I had seen online. Lara was brilliant and really knew her stuff, she answered all my questions without any trouble. I liked that I could take home some fabric samples to help me picture how the sofa would look in my place using their big fabric sheets. I was really impressed by the quality of the products, Lara's top-notch service, and the discounted prices. I'll definitely be ordering online very soon.
