Large garden storage box
I'm usually a bit hesitant about ordering online, but I was really surprised by how smooth my experience was with this company. After reading some reviews, I took a chance and ordered a big garden storage box. The price was good, so I placed my order on a Thursday night. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived quickly by midday on Saturday, especially considering I'm in the UK. The box was really good quality and quite easy to put together. We'll have to see how long it lasts, but I'm feeling pretty confident about its durability based on the initial quality. I'm really happy with my purchase and thankful for how efficient DeubaXXL was.
Garden furniture set
I recently got delivered a garden furniture set that seems to be of good quality when I first checked it out. However, I had a really frustrating time putting it together because there were no written instructions included. The diagrams they did give were hard to follow, and it would have been much easier if the parts were labelled with letters to match the diagrams. When I'm assembling furniture, I really appreciate clear and simple instructions, so this was a big letdown for me. It would definitely help if DeubaXXL improved their assembly instructions to make it a better experience for the customers.
Small folding garden table
I bought a little folding garden table not too long ago, and, although it took a bit longer to get here than I thought it would, I've been quite pleased with it. When I first unpacked it, there was a really strong smell of varnish or some sort of wood treatment, but luckily, it faded away pretty quickly as it's meant for outdoor use. The size fits my small garden perfectly, and I like that it folds up neatly for simple storage. The strong fasteners beneath the table top mean it stays put when it's unfolded, so I can move it around without having to worry about it suddenly folding up on me.
Air conditioner purchase
I recently bought an air conditioner from this company because they had the best price that suited my needs. I had a really good experience with my purchase. They communicated clearly and consistently throughout the process. The delivery was on time and the product arrived in perfect condition. I've used the air conditioner during hot weather and it has worked really well, even better than I expected. I'm more than happy to recommend this company to others.
Sturdy but lightweight cases
I recently purchased some tough yet light suitcases. Overall, they're good quality but the larger one had a bit of trouble with the lock. It took me ages trying to open it - about 3 hours - and eventually had to break in. On the other hand, the smallest case works like a charm. Despite the hiccup, I would consider buying them again, it might have been just a one-off problem.
Product instructions difficulty
I bought something from this shop the other day and was pretty annoyed that the links they gave for the instructions didn't work. I tried clicking on them a few times but couldn't get the info I needed. It was really frustrating and made it hard for me to figure out how to use the product correctly.

I bought a little cupboard from this company not long ago. Ordering it was easy and quick, and it arrived at my place just 2 days later, which was great. But when I tried to put it together, I found the quality was really bad. I was gutted when it broke while I was trying to fix it. All in all, I'm not happy with the product's quality and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I just bought a balustrade and I have to say, I'm really pleased with both the company and the product itself. They delivered it super fast and it was just what I needed. And the price was so much lower than anywhere else I looked. Overall, I have no complaints at all.
Garden table purchase
I bought a garden table last August from the shop. It was a nightmare to put together, took ages! And I was really disappointed with the quality of the wood used for the table. After only a few months of using it, the wood has already faded and started splitting in different places. It looks like it wasn't put together very well. Honestly, I don't think this table will even last another year.
Dog box purchase
I bought a dog box online, but it turned out to be too big for what I needed. When I contacted customer service to talk about swapping it, I faced some problems. The dog box itself was great, but the customer service after was not so good. First off, there wasn't a clear exchange procedure; they told me to send back the original box and then buy a new one. It felt like a hassle and not very efficient. Also, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for the return shipping myself. This extra cost was unexpected and disappointing. Finally, I had trouble with the shipping process. The delivery companies needed a phone number for the address, but I couldn't find a suitable number because the return address was in the UK and the company was in Germany. This lack of communication and coordination was annoying and made the return more complicated than it should have been. In general, even though the product was good quality, I was let down by the lack of help and support from the company when it came to addressing customer issues.
Large greenhouse purchase
I bought a big greenhouse from this company recently. The delivery came in 2 separate parcels on different days. It's definitely a job for 2 people to carry as the items were pretty big and heavy. I haven't had a chance to set up the greenhouse yet because I'm making sure the ground is completely flat first. But, I was a bit let down to find out that I have to buy a foundation base separately to make sure the greenhouse is secure.
Jacket and shorts
I bought this really nice jacket and some shorts online, but when they arrived, they didn't fit me at all. I tried to send them back, but the return labels they sent me were absolutely useless. They expected me to return the items through the post office, but the post office refused to accept them. I got in touch with the company multiple times, but they just kept sending me those dodgy return labels that don't do anything. It's really irritating to deal with a company that's so unreliable. I won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure!
Table glass replacement
I had to get in touch with them about a smashed glass part on my garden table. They got back to me super quickly and told me they'd send a replacement. It arrived today and all went really smoothly. Top-notch service all round! Thanks so much!
Garden shed assembly
I bought a garden shed from this company recently, and although it's alright overall, I've been having trouble with the sliding doors not working properly. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times for help, but haven't been able to get through to anyone. This lack of communication and support has been really frustrating and disappointing for me.
Polycarbonate greenhouse 6x8 with base
The product arrived really quickly, which was impressive, and had all the parts included. But I was a bit gutted to see that the instructions were only in German, so it was tricky to figure out. That meant it took longer than planned to put it all together, stretching over a week.
To top it off, the sheets got blown away by the wind, so I had to think about strengthening the structure with some glue. Looking back, maybe I should have splashed out on a pricier glass greenhouse for something more sturdy.

I was really pleased with the greenhouse I bought, it was a really good deal. The greenhouse itself is top quality and does exactly what I need it to. But I have to say, I was pretty let down by the instructions that came with it. They were honestly terrible. It was so confusing to figure out which piece went where when putting it together, and some bits didn't even have proper instructions at all. The pictures didn't clear things up either, they were just as unhelpful.
Big inflatable pool
I ordered this massive inflatable pool from them, but it hasn't shown up at all! They've got my money and I'm really struggling to get it back. I've gone ahead and reported them to PayPal. Steer clear of them, don't do business with them!
