Mosaic table
Table arrived but when open had several small cracks the more I look at it the more faults and cracks I can see . Sent emails tried phoning no reply dreadful customer service would never purchase from them again waste of £69 .

order garden shed and i received 2 out of 3 boxes, one boxes missing, i called them ywice a day and 5 days always same answer, you cant reach customer service at all even via chat, i put my order number and register email, their webpage cant find my email, i wrote to them over instegram facebook and x ,nobody return, its worst place ,i ever did my online shopping dont buy from them

Luggage Set
Will not give refunds even if you cancel an order before its even dispatched.
You will wait weeks and in the end have to contact your bank to claim the refund on your behalf just as I did.
Do not trust or use this awful company.Sun lounger x3
Ordered 3 on the 8/9 June had to wait to return x2 of these as only wanted 1 .since then have only been refunded for 1 still waiting sent loads of info to them orderdetails postage of 2 returned still only had 1 refund being told that they have but no bank refund this been going on since 25th June when I returned them via yodel just unbelievable so tobias keeper you have not refunded me for my second item .
