I bought a pair of women's shoes from DHGate not long ago but they never turned up. I had to go through the hassle of opening a dispute to get my money back. It was a bit of a pain, to be honest. But at least I eventually got my refund, which I'm grateful for. The process of disputing the transaction was far from easy. The website's dispute page was confusing and made me question if I had done it right. I usually shop on my laptop, so I can only imagine how annoying it must be to deal with all that on a smartphone.
Sweatshirt for my daughter's b-day
I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter's birthday back in April, but it still hasn't shown up even after waiting for 2 months. I attempted to get a refund, but had no luck reaching customer service. My advice would be to avoid ordering from here!
Shoes
I'm really not happy with the shoes I bought from DHGate. I ordered size 39 but got sent a much smaller size instead. The return process has been a real pain as they want the cheapest option, which is a bit dodgy and needs the post office to write a letter stating why they can't deliver to China. It's a ridiculous request that no one has time for. The customer service reps I've spoken to have been unhelpful and not on the same page, with one of them even fibbing about the return process. All in all, it's been a frustrating experience and I won't be shopping with them again.

As a customer of DHGate, I've got to say, my overall experience has been pretty disappointing. I've come across loads of issues on the platform, from dodgy sellers to rubbish customer service. The negative reviews really do point out some valid concerns that I've faced myself. There's a serious lack of transparency when it comes to sorting out any problems with orders, and if customers dare to raise complaints, they're at risk of getting blocked from their accounts. This policy is just not on and shows a real lack of care for customer satisfaction. Plus, the quality of the products I've received has been all over the place, with some items not living up to what was expected. All in all, my time with DHGate has left me feeling disheartened and cautious about using the platform again in the future.
Product - never arrived
I'm really unhappy with the service I've received. My order never arrived and even after I raised a dispute with the seller, they assured me of a refund which still hasn't been processed. It's been a whole month now and I'm still without my money. The seller has now closed the dispute and I can't seem to get in touch with customer service, they just keep telling me to contact my bank. This whole situation feels like a scam to me.
Misleading item received
I bought something from DHGate and got the wrong item. I got in touch with customer service and they only offered me a $10 refund, which I think is not fair considering the mistake. I'll keep you updated on how this all turns out.
Shoes purchase
I wasn't sure about ordering from this site at first, but I decided to take a chance and bought some really nice shoes. The quality turned out to be even better than I expected and I'm very happy with what I got. However, I did find the website a bit difficult to use and the updates on my order weren't always spot on. Despite these small issues, the great quality of the shoes made it all worth it in the end.
Caps purchase
I recently bought some caps from a seller on DHGate and I was pretty disappointed with how they were packaged. Basically, they just chucked them in a bag and sent them off, resulting in one cap arriving smashed and the other not arriving at all. I get that not all sellers on DHGate are like this, but this experience has really let me down and I'm feeling frustrated. It's really important for DHGate to step up their game and make sure packages are properly protected to stop this kind of thing happening. I'm currently trying to sort this out through a dispute, but it's definitely making me think twice about using DHGate again in the future.
Recent account access issue
I've been having some trouble trying to get into my account on this website recently. It's really affecting my ability to keep track of what I've bought before and to talk to the people who sold me stuff. I've generally had a good time with this company, but this current problem is really getting me down. When I tried to log in through Facebook, it sent me to this new account I don't recognise, and now I can't see my past purchases, track my orders, or ask for refunds anymore. And on top of that, I haven't heard anything back from the customer service team about the help tickets I've sent in, which is making me even more frustrated and unsure about what to do next.
Clothing item
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from DHGate. I paid quite a bit for some clothes, but when the parcel arrived, all it had was bubble wrap! I got in touch with customer service straight away to ask for a refund or replacement, but it didn't go well. Trying to dispute the decision was way too difficult, and even though I showed proof, I still didn't get a good outcome. I feel like I've been scammed and I'm not happy with DHGate's service at all.
Sunglasses
The quality of products on DHGate can vary, you know, sometimes they're really good and other times not so much. It's worth it though, if you make sure to check out the sellers and read their feedback properly, you can snag some amazing bargains. For example, I got a killer pair of sunglasses that were even better than I thought they'd be. But, I've also had a couple of duds in the past, so my tip is to do your research and not just believe everything a seller says.
Watch purchase
I bought a watch from DHGate not long ago, and to be honest, it's been a bit of a letdown. I ordered it on a particular day, but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried getting in touch with the seller several times to get an update, but they haven't got back to me. According to the tracking details, a shipping label was made, but the package hasn't budged from China. I even contacted DHGate for help, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. The lack of communication and transparency has left me frustrated and disappointed with how things have turned out.
All expensive stuff at wholesale - cheap price
Great quality products, I usually found expensive on another website, sometimes way more than it should be, is here quite at good deal
They have a wholesale stock, so it is quite convincing the low price they offer on brands that I love to shop for.
I recommend you to just buy from here, anything you want. it could be electronics, gadgets, toys and stuff -everything
