I recently bought an internal door from this company, thinking I could return it if it wasn't the right fit. However, when I looked into their return policy, it was clear they were being misleading about what could actually be returned. I purchased the door from their regular section, not the bespoke section, but they still said it was bespoke and couldn't be returned. They claimed only the railing was bespoke, yet there was no option to purchase them separately, and the whole set came from the regular section. They make returning items difficult, charge fees for inspections, and only refund a portion of the cost. It's disappointing that their sales tactics involve deceitful practices just to make a sale.

Interior doors with the wrong rail
I ordered some interior doors from this company not long ago and was a bit gutted to see they had sent me the wrong rail for them. But I must say, I was chuffed with how quick they sorted it out when I got in touch about the mistake. Within just 2 days, they had the right track sent over to me and took back the wrong one. The doors themselves were spot on, just as they were described and I'm buzzing to get them up and see how they look. All in all, even though there was a bit of a blip at the start, I was well impressed with the customer service I got from this company.

Poor quality product. Despite being sold as outdoor product, it disjoints easily under rainy weather. Make sure you protect is very well plus reinforce sides with metal plates or your door will enlarge little by little...!
