I was standing in the hallway with boxes everywhere, thinking this would be a right faff. The order arrived in two drops and one box of handles and hinges went missing at first — I even got an email saying everything had been delivered, which made me raise an eyebrow. I called the courier, queued for ages, and assumed they’d bungled the consignment, but they did come back later that day with the doors. Then one of the locks was missing from the accessories and, I’ll admit, I got a bit annoyed and emailed support a few times. I was sceptical they’d reply, honestly. On install day someone finally got back to me, sorted out a replacement part quickly, and once I started using the doors my first impression was good — solid, smart-looking and fits well. So from doubtful to properly satisfied, that’s where I ended up.
Two doors, two surprises
Halfway through fitting, with bits of dust on my trousers, I laughed — these doors are a weird mix. I first saw them in the showroom after a mate tipped me and thought they'd be quick to fit. On touch they feel solid and weighty, but the glazing beads were misaligned and some beading very rough, so there was sanding to do. After an hour of tweaking they sit right, look smart and I’m pleased. A bit of faff, but worth it.
Good match, let down by delivery
I was replacing our front door and, oddly, this site had the exact size and style I needed — that was a pleasant surprise, certainly. I placed the order online and everything seemed fine, only to find they don't deliver to the Isle of Wight. It wasn't clear on the site, they advertise nationwide but mean mainland. Now I'm stuck waiting for a refund which could take a couple of weeks, maybe more, and that holds up the builder and the whole job.
Two very different deliveries
I had a weird mix of experiences. The first batch of eight doors came on a flat pallet, well wrapped and handled — no issue at all, which I appreciated as I'm fitting them around the flat. Then a single spare arrived sloppily dumped among parcels on a carrier, not flat or protected. I braced for damage and unwrapping felt tense, but it turned out ok. They should mark doors upright/flat. Customer service acknowledged it and were reasonable, so I'm cautiously satisfied.
Missing doors, lots of reasons to be annoyed
reassurances that the shipment had arrived in the UK and would be with me shortly, then another booking pushed out — and then silence again. When I chased it up the second time they told me there was no confirmed restock date. I asked for a refund and got bounced back to the small print about 22–24 day lead times, which felt like a dodge rather than helpful customer care. To be fair, every person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and apologetic, but politeness didn’t fix the problem. They eventually agreed to refund only after saying they’d need supplier confirmation, which shifted responsibility away from them. I’m still waiting for the confirmation email and I’ve set a short deadline before I escalate it. So yes, not a disaster on every level — staff were nice — but the core issue was their order handling and the lack of clear, honest communication. If you can’t wait or need something for a move or health reason, I’d be cautious.
good range of doors, reasonable price, prompt delivery

Window purchase
I recently bought some windows from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. Ordering online was super easy and the prices were hard to beat. Replacement door purchase
When my order arrived, I was gutted to see that the door didn't look how I imagined. The pictures online didn't show the size I expected, and the wood around the glass was much thicker than I thought it would be. Plus, the moulded MDF material was really thin and easily marked, which made me doubt the quality of the whole thing. It was clear the door was made from different bits of wood stuck together, probably from leftover bits, and filled with particle board. Overall, the door wasn't up to scratch, especially for the money. I've seen other companies selling the same door for less, which just makes it worse.
Narrow door purchase
I bought a narrow door from this shop to go with the doors in my house. They had a good selection and I easily found what I was looking for. The door looks good and fits perfectly with the others. The quality is excellent and I'm really pleased with it.
Door hardware
I bought some door hardware from this company not too long ago, and the products were alright. But the whole thing was spoilt by the constant emails that weren't even relevant. Even when I asked nicely to stop sending them, they just ignored me. And to top it off, the unsubscribe button didn't even do anything! It just made what could have been a nice experience turn into a real headache.

Bathroom accessories purchase
I recently bought some bathroom accessories from this shop, and I must say, it's been an absolute nightmare. To start with, the website didn't make it clear about the delivery charges. They said it was one price for UK Mainland, but that only applied to England. After I paid for everything, I got hit with an extra delivery charge for being in Scotland, and they didn't mention that beforehand. They said my order would arrive in a reasonable time, but it's been nearly 3 weeks now and I still haven't got it. This delay has been a major pain because I needed the items for a job that should have been finished by now. The supplier and delivery service have been terrible at keeping me updated, they keep delaying things and giving me vague answers whenever I ask about my order. It feels like they only care about taking my money and then forget about the customer. All in all, this has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience, and I've made a promise to myself never to shop at this store group again.
