I bought a narrow door from this shop to go with the doors in my house. They had a good selection and I easily found what I was looking for. The door looks good and fits perfectly with the others. The quality is excellent and I'm really pleased with it.
Door hardware
I bought some door hardware from this company not too long ago, and the products were alright. But the whole thing was spoilt by the constant emails that weren't even relevant. Even when I asked nicely to stop sending them, they just ignored me. And to top it off, the unsubscribe button didn't even do anything! It just made what could have been a nice experience turn into a real headache.
Beautiful Donata door purchase
The Donata door I bought from your shop really added a touch of beauty to my home. I found it easily and it was the cheapest option I came across. Bathroom accessories purchase
I recently bought some bathroom accessories from this shop, and I must say, it's been an absolute nightmare. To start with, the website didn't make it clear about the delivery charges. They said it was one price for UK Mainland, but that only applied to England. After I paid for everything, I got hit with an extra delivery charge for being in Scotland, and they didn't mention that beforehand. They said my order would arrive in a reasonable time, but it's been nearly 3 weeks now and I still haven't got it. This delay has been a major pain because I needed the items for a job that should have been finished by now. The supplier and delivery service have been terrible at keeping me updated, they keep delaying things and giving me vague answers whenever I ask about my order. It feels like they only care about taking my money and then forget about the customer. All in all, this has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience, and I've made a promise to myself never to shop at this store group again.
Roof tiles and flashing
I bought some roof tiles and flashing from Door Superstore not too long ago, and I have to say, I was quite impressed with the quality of the products. Damaged door
The door I bought turned up all bashed up under the cardboard wrapping, showing it was packed like that. Pretty gutting to get a damaged item, especially when the packaging looked fine. But fair play, the customer service team sorted it out sharpish and gave me a solution. Even though the start was a bit rubbish, the way they dealt with it was top-notch.
Ceramic door handles purchase
The ceramic door handles I got from Door Superstore came in really good packaging, which I was happy about. It's just a shame that the delivery got delayed by a couple of days, but I get that it's not completely their fault - Inverness can be a bit out of the way sometimes. Even with the delay, I'd be open to shopping with them again in the future.
Door purchase
I bought a door from this place and it was really cool. It fits perfectly in my house and looks amazing. The best thing is that it didn't cost me a lot, so I could treat myself to some candy afterwards. The delivery was quick as well, which was great because I was so excited to put up my new door and show it off to all my friends.
Replacement letterbox purchase
I was on a mission to find a new letterbox for my front door and after looking everywhere, I finally found Door Superstore. I ordered it on a Thursday night and was amazed when it arrived and was fitted by Saturday. They had a great selection and the service was excellent. Great quality doors
I needed to change the door handle of my house. The handles were not working as before. I find it difficult to open the doors. Sometimes I spend an hour trying to unlock the door. I got to know about the Door superstore through a friend. I read reviews about their store and decided to patronize the store. I ordered some door handles. I made the payment. I got my orders few days after. Quite fast. I got someone to help me change the handle which was done without delay. The handle fit in perfectly and it was easy to open my doors now. Great quality product.
