Buying expensive electrical appliances from anywhere is hard nut to crack. I mean I use to just starting ask people around , where to buys, which is good place, where I get it some offer or finance. and lot of stuff
But Electrical Discount UK is fantastic spot to get stuff. I loved it. lot of offes and discount there are. I have bought SMART TV from here and then a home theatre after 2 months. it was great.
Far from impressed with this company. Purchased the above only to find out later down the line that all the outside paint work is literally peeling off leaving the item looking rusty. Contacted them & explained and was wrongly informed 'it's not their problem! Umm under Law it is YOUR problem. A contract is between the seller and buyer NOT the Manufacturer of which i was told to go and talk to.... To cut a long story short after contacting Trading Standards plus the Consumer Helpline i am taking their advice & about to start proceedings against this company. If you're buying & giving them your hard earned dosh brilliant BUT when something goes terribly wrong IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM!!!
