ordered on the 16/4/20, received the standard generic email about the timeline for deliveries ( 28 days does seem excessive) money left account on 16/5/20 and no word of delivery, and replies to enquiries is abysmal or non existant, might have to ask bank for chargeback.
Water butt stand and connector
Ordered over 8 weeks ago. They took the money immediately as yet no delivery and no explanation of the delay. We had one generic letter asking for patience over a month ago. Everyone else I'm using on line are managing to deliver. Why not Evengreener?

Identical product is much cheaper than a local garden centre which didn’t even have the stand or down pipe connection. So, great price for everything.
Easy ordering, fast delivery and outstanding after-sales service when I telephoned with a query about the stand. I was worried about ordering online but couldn’t be happier with this company.They took the money and never delivered the order. Stay away from this company. They do not answer e mails or any form of correspondence. You have been warned!!!

Waterbutt Connector Kit Fitting Instructions:
Surely item 2 should read ..... using the backing nut on the OUTSIDE.
The connector flange and sealing washer are on the inside of the butt.Its amazing idea
I never liked the wastage of water. So for saving the water, i brought rain diverters to use the rainwater. Its really big issue to find the workable diverters without paying too much for me. So even greener provided the best quality and also there are other options too that they offer. The diverter work really good and i am satisfied
