We recently bought a Double Sienna Weathered Oak Bedframe and Marlowe Mattress, and I have to say, the whole thing has been amazing. From start to finish, the service and professionalism have been top-notch. The sales team really knew their stuff and helped us make a decision we were happy with. The updates on delivery times were spot on and really helpful. When the delivery team got here, they were quick and did a great job, making everything so easy. We decided to put the bedframe together ourselves, and while the instructions were clear, it would have been nice to have some written notes to go with the pictures. The pictures were a bit small, so it was tricky to see all the details. Some of the screws and washers were a bit of a pain to fit, and the spanner they gave us wasn't quite up to the job. It would have been handy to have some instructions on how to look after the mattress too. Despite these small issues, we're really happy with our purchase and can't wait for our first night in the new bed.
Bed and mattress purchase
I had a great time shopping for a bed and mattress at this store. A chap called Richard really knew his stuff and was so helpful. He listened to what I wanted, showed me different options, and patiently answered all my questions. The shop had a really nice vibe, which made the whole experience much better. I walked out feeling good about my purchase and happy with the service I got.

Bed and mattress purchase
I recently bought a new bed and mattress, and I have to say, the service I got from the sales team was top-notch. The salesman really knew his stuff and was super helpful, which made the whole buying experience a breeze. When it was time for the delivery, the two delivery guys were really polite and made sure everything was set up just right. I was really impressed with the service I got from both Feather and Black and Dreams. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the great service I received.
- Stylish bed
I recently bought a really stylish bed online and was chuffed with how quickly it arrived. The delivery lads were dead friendly and did a smashing job putting the bed together and clearing away all the packaging. The bed looks fantastic in my room and is dead comfy with my mattress on it. It's definitely improved the look of my room!
King-size bed purchase
The ordering process was really straightforward and efficient, the service was top-notch with really helpful staff, the pricing was fair for the quality we got, and delivery was quick and hassle-free. The bed itself is such great quality, we're really happy with our purchase. We'll definitely be coming back for more orders in the future.
