Sienna Weathered Oak Double Bed
We recently bought a Double Sienna Weathered Oak Bedframe and Marlowe Mattress, and I have to say, the whole thing has been amazing. From start to finish, the service and professionalism have been top-notch. The sales team really knew their stuff and helped us make a decision we were happy with. The updates on delivery times were spot on and really helpful. When the delivery team got here, they were quick and did a great job, making everything so easy. We decided to put the bedframe together ourselves, and while the instructions were clear, it would have been nice to have some written notes to go with the pictures. The pictures were a bit small, so it was tricky to see all the details. Some of the screws and washers were a bit of a pain to fit, and the spanner they gave us wasn't quite up to the job. It would have been handy to have some instructions on how to look after the mattress too. Despite these small issues, we're really happy with our purchase and can't wait for our first night in the new bed.

Bed Linen Set
I just wanted to get a bed linen set, it should have been straightforward according to the website. But when it arrived, I was disappointed. They sent me the king size duvet cover and two sets of pillowcases, but they forgot the double fitted sheet. Instead, they included a double duvet cover from a different design altogether. This mistake in such a simple order doesn't make me feel good about how reliable the brand is when it comes to satisfying their customers.
King size beds
I had a great time buying two king size beds. The customer service team really helped me out and the beds are even better than I expected, they're really beautiful. I can't wait to get them home and see them in person. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
Wrong bed feet
I ordered a bed on the 2nd of May and got sent the wrong feet, which messed up the whole look of the bed. It took me over 4 weeks of chasing them up to get it sorted, and even then the customer service advisor on the phone was not very helpful.
