Returning an item
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years and I've always been impressed by the level of service they provide. Broken extractors
I ordered these extractors two months ago, and they both arrived broken! I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they've only responded after I left a negative review. It took 4 emails just to request compensation for having to rent extractors for 2 months. I think I'll stick to shopping at car boot sales in the future - definitely more affordable for a reason!
Makita tool purchase
I recently purchased a Makita tool online and later discovered that the company didn't actually have it available. They continued to sell more units even after I had made my purchase. When I contacted them regarding my order, they informed me that they were waiting for their supplier to restock. I found it quite frustrating as they essentially used my money to order from a wholesaler and then sent it to me without my consent. This is not acceptable; they should have been transparent about the situation. I am definitely planning on lodging a complaint with eBay about this.

FFX is absolutely brilliant - their prices are unbeatable and they have a great range of products. I've never had any problems shopping with them, which is pretty rare these days. They have such a unique selection that really makes them stand out from the rest, so they're always my first choice for any power tools I need.

The customer service was useless, didn't know anything about the products I wanted. The prices were higher than I thought, even after the discount. The delivery was late, and I had to keep asking about my order before it turned up. All in all, not a great experience.

I've got the drill and batteries, gave it a good test with some tough floor tiles. Managed to wreck a few bits, but the drill held up really well.
