Super quick delivery at prices cheaper than going direct to the manufacturer. Can't fault one little bit.

After nearly 2 weeks they have refunded me. Product still on their website for delivery in a couple of days, but £100 more expensive. Cheating and unfair. Probably illegal. I just need to work out whether they have annoyed me enough that I should go legal???Hole cutters, Makita
There was a fault with the first set delivered. They dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently over the phone sending a replacement by return of post. Despatch and delivery was quick. This was my first order with FFX and would definitely use again.

Item not received, ended up cancelling out of frustration only to be told the refund will not be issued until they receive the item back, I NEVER RECEIVED IT! Absolutely pointless trying to engage with their customer service department.
