I'm absolutely chuffed with the Victorian bed I got for my daughter in white. I ordered a bed quite a few weeks back, but it still hasn't turned up yet. The delivery guy didn't even bother getting in touch with me, so I had to chase them up myself, only to discover that they'd managed to lose the bed! It's been a real pain trying to sort this out, and I'm still left without a bed.

I purchased a chair and side table from this store, and honestly, they were a complete rip off! I put them in storage, and as soon as I started using them, they broke. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with that? And when I requested replacements, they were just like, sorry, we're not sending you anything new.

So I ordered this sofa from this company yeah? Was meant to arrive on Monday but nope, didn't happen. Then I rearranged for today and waited forever for it to turn up. But you won't believe it - it never showed! The delivery guy claimed they couldn't fit the van down my road, but I reckon that's a load of rubbish. And to top it off, they even marked it as delivered even though I never received it! Proper angry, I'm gonna demand a refund!
Lexi double mirrored wardrobe
I bought the Lexi double mirrored wardrobe and it looks really beautiful! I was like, so excited! But then I realised that one of the handles was missing. I felt really disappointed, but I decided to contact customer service. They were really kind and sent me a handle in just 2 days! I'm so happy now!
Bedframe purchase
The bedframe I bought was a bit of a disaster because it came with some screws missing. Putting it together was an absolute nightmare. I had to rush off to the DIY shop to get the bits I needed. Not only that, but the design didn't quite match the other furniture I'd got from the same collection back in 2020. It was really annoying because I'd hoped it would all fit nicely together in my bedroom.

I have to say, I was really pleased with the service I got from this company. Wasn't sure what to expect, but they totally impressed me. Delivery was quick as anything, and the furniture I bought was top-notch. Can't find a fault with that. Everything was just as they said it would be, and I'm over the moon with my purchase.

I'm sorry to say that my experience with Furniture123 was really disappointing. I bought a bed and was so excited for it to arrive, but after waiting for two days for the delivery, the bed never turned up. Even though they promised it would come on the third try, it still didn't show. They didn't communicate well and didn't even offer to use a different delivery company after three failed attempts. I wasn't compensated for the time I took off work or given any discount, which left me feeling really frustrated and let down by their poor customer service.
