I was standing in the hall, boxes on the floor and thinking this’ll be fine — I’d ordered the bed and paid for assembly because I was about six months pregnant with twins and on my own. The Furniture123 driver said flat out he wouldn’t take the parts upstairs, that they “won’t fit”, and never really tried. I could see the boxes would fit, so that felt odd and a bit lazy. Later the mattress delivery team from Dreams turned up, spotted the bed and carried it up in literally two minutes, no fuss. I did get a refund for the assembly but still — an assembled bed would have been easier. First impressions were annoyed and sceptical, ended up relieved.
Mid-build surprise, but sorted in the end
this is going to be a nightmare. The first panel had a big scratch that'd clearly been patched up badly and a couple of chips, so I took photos and rang them straight away. Delivery itself was actually spot on — the driver was friendly and helped get it upstairs, which saved my back. Customer service were a bit slow at first, but once I chased them they sent a tech out the next week who fixed the worst bits and fitted the doors properly. I use this wardrobe every morning for work clothes and it’s held up since the repair; odd, I was braced for it to fall apart but it hasn’t. Price felt a touch high for what I paid, but the delivery and the on-site fix made a real difference. Overall, a bumpy start but a surprisingly decent finish — glad it’s sorted and usable now.

a couple of bits that made me pause and say "which way does this go?" but every piece was there, plus spares, and it all came together without swearing. Solid look for a budget price
I wasn't expecting miracles, just something that worked in our bedroom, and that’s pretty much what we got. I ordered a bed quite a few weeks back, but it still hasn't turned up yet. The delivery guy didn't even bother getting in touch with me, so I had to chase them up myself, only to discover that they'd managed to lose the bed! It's been a real pain trying to sort this out, and I'm still left without a bed.
Chair and side table purchase
I purchased a chair and side table from this store, and honestly, they were a complete rip off! I put them in storage, and as soon as I started using them, they broke. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with that? And when I requested replacements, they were just like, sorry, we're not sending you anything new.
Garden Lounge Furniture
I'm really pleased with the garden lounge furniture I bought. It's really well-made and was easy to put together. I was really impressed with the delivery driver too, they managed to get the furniture into a really tricky spot.
Sofa purchase
So I ordered this sofa from this company yeah? Was meant to arrive on Monday but nope, didn't happen. Then I rearranged for today and waited forever for it to turn up. But you won't believe it - it never showed! The delivery guy claimed they couldn't fit the van down my road, but I reckon that's a load of rubbish. And to top it off, they even marked it as delivered even though I never received it! Proper angry, I'm gonna demand a refund!
Bar stools purchase
I bought some bar stools from this company not long ago and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good quality they are. quick delivery and excellent quality
I have to say, I was really pleased with the service I got from this company. Wasn't sure what to expect, but they totally impressed me. Delivery was quick as anything, and the furniture I bought was top-notch. Can't find a fault with that. Everything was just as they said it would be, and I'm over the moon with my purchase.

The delivery guys were really polite and professional, they kept me informed about when they were arriving which I found really helpful. Putting together the wardrobe was pretty easy and I managed most of it by myself, only needing a hand at the end. The wardrobe turned out even better than I thought it would, and I'm really happy with it. Thanks for a fantastic service.

Even though they promised it would come on the third try, it still didn't show. They didn't communicate well and didn't even offer to use a different delivery company after three failed attempts. I wasn't compensated for the time I took off work or given any discount, which left me feeling really frustrated and let down by their poor customer service.
