This is basically now theft!
Will be reporting to trading standards but cannot believe the amount of stress this has put me under I have spent hours trying to sort this, i have cried so many times i cannot believe a company would steal £420 of my money!
I urge anyone reading this to never use this company.

I have had the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase in my 20 years living in the UK.
Everything has been extremely poor:
- the fast delivery dates you find on their page, even when you are at the payment stage and are given a definite delivery date, are totally unreliable and cannot be trusted. I placed a large order and was messed around with several cancellations and delayed delivery messages for days, and then weeks. Emails of ‘change to your delivery’ would come on the same day the delivery was due, and different txt messages and emails with contradictory information were sent to me several times. Several items were discontinued, no longer available, or there was a wait of 3 months (!!!!!!!!) - 3 months for an item that was sold with a next day delivery promise!!! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE and DISHONEST delivery promises.
- the customer service is extremely poor, the people talking to you are rude, uninformed and unhelpful, giving me misleading and incorrect information over the phone that would be countered with text messages from different suppliers saying otherwise. I received different messages about the same product on the same day on several occasions and the onus was always on me to call a PAID number, speak to an unhelpful member of staff to try and understand what was actually happening. MISLEADING and POOR SERVICE.
- The quality of many of the items I bought is also quite frankly terrible. Nothing like the pictures shown on the page. Hard, badly built and cheap looking sofa, the same for the bed, poor quality chairs. LOW QUALITY FURNITURE.
- The returns policy is even worse than all the described above. Despite having been charged to return a piece of furniture, the store promised to collect it and failed for over a week (!) 7 days in a row I was kept waiting ALL DAY and they simply failed to turn up, forcing me to make several paid calls to rearrange the collection of this item, which they actually never collected. A clearly malicious and misleading tactic they apply to frustrate the customer into giving up, so they do not have to fulfil their responsibilities as a business. They do promise a simple returns policy- total lie. They simply hindered the returns process in every possible way and I still have not managed to have the unwanted item collected by them - after dozens of paid phone calls, hours of my time lost and a huge amount of stress and headache.
NEVER AGAIN- I do not recommend that anyone falls into the TRAP I did when purchasing from this store. Worst experience ever. They should not be allowed to trade under these low standards in the UK, where customer rights are valued and businesses are trustworthy. Appalling, disrespectful and misleading business.

I wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately, I can’t. I am appalled at the shambolic, pathetic and terrible experience this company presented me with. I ordered directly from the company and not through any third party, thinking it would lead to a smooth order delivery but I couldn’t be more wrong!
I placed the order for the White Dynamo Cabin Bed and was given a delivery date of 6 days later (I didn’t have a problem with that). I cancelled my plans for the day so that I could receive the delivery and assemble it, but on the scheduled day of delivery I received a text message informing me of a delivery date of the next day. On this revised day of delivery, I received a further text message advising there would be a delay in the delivery. Somehow in the end, I received the item late in the evening.
When I opened it on the next day, I noticed that they had sent me the wrong item. They sent a pale grey bed as opposed to the white one I ordered. I immediately called and reported this, requesting them to fix the problem at the earliest. After exchanging several emails and messages (2 phone calls, 10 emails and 5 messages so far, to be precise) with their anonymous case worker, they have offered me a discount of £30 (God knows what for because the pale grey bed is anyway £30 cheaper than the white bed) with no comments about sending over the white bed. When I pursued it further, they have told that the grey bed will be collected on Monday 18th Oct (whereas I offered to facilitate bed collection anytime including today, 14th Oct). They said that it might reach them after 48 hours, following which their team will inspect it for damages. It will take 3 days and I may hear back from them by 23rd Oct. After this, they will apparently tell me how my return will be processed.
I mean, seriously!!! Can we not please expect some decent customer service? I ordered the white bed on 6th Oct and you delivered the wrong item on the 13th Oct. Now, although it’s entirely your fault, you will make me wait till 23rd Oct and then you will decide what to do about this? Do you even have the slightest idea how much distress and inconvenience this problem is causing us? Can you imagine how many plans we had to cancel just in the hope that we will receive the item properly and now all this, on top of that?
If you are a customer who wants prompt and correct delivery of ordered items in a stipulated timeline, then based on my experience, I can certainly recommend you to stay away from this store. I will never order anything from this website. Ever!

I don’t expect a company to be perfect and I know that there will always be things out of their control especially with all the recent challenges but what they can control is their customer service, which is basically nonexistent.

Furniture and Sofa
Just moved house having ordered furniture on next day. They’ve delivered 1/2 boxes for the sofa and 1/2 boxes for the bed, so we can’t assemble either.
We have called them and they are now saying Monday delivery for both, ruining our perfectly planned move without any kind of apology or offer of compensation.
Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
If it was possible to leave a negative number rating I would.
Ordered a lamp in October. Received dispatch email a few days later. Lamp was not delivered.. was told it was a delivery company issue! Given new delivery date.. this happed 4 times.. it now turns out that the lamp was never in stock!! Although they are still selling it in their web site. £125 for 8 weeks of lies. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY
Terrible customer service. Incompetent and do not take any responsibility for mistakes.
Cancelled my orders twice incorrectly leaving me to rebook.
Outdoor table and chairs
Worst company ever dealt with still havent resolved my query i still have a broken chair which came this way. No one is contacting me cant get through to them over the phone or by email and when i did eventually get through over the phone after waiting an hour someone hung up on me, its a premium number aswell. Might aswell throw your money in the bin if ordering from this place as they send you broken products and then dont try and rectify afterwards.

Received a text offering a £30 voucher to go and buy the parts!
We paid over £400 for the set and it is still prices on our kitchen floor.
