Custom PC purchase
I recently bought a custom PC from Gladiator and I must say, it was a really positive experience. I was a bit unsure at first about getting a bespoke system, but after seeing all the great reviews and hearing about their amazing service, I thought I'd give them a go. Ordering was easy and the customer service was fantastic. Even though I had to wait a bit longer because of the holidays, I can definitely say it was worth it. The PC runs really well and does everything I need it to. Huge thanks to Daniel for being so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. His knowledge and advice were really helpful. I recently bought the gaming PC called "Striker" from Gladiator and I have to say, I am really impressed. It's been more than ten years since I last got something from them, and I didn't have any reason to go anywhere else. They have a great range of options and prices that made it simple for me to find exactly what I was looking for. This time, I decided to go for a ready-built gaming PC, which was a new experience for me as I normally put together my own. The whole process of buying it was smooth and easy. I could choose the specifications I wanted and make changes without any trouble. Making the payment was also quick and simple, only taking a few minutes. After that, I got emails with updates on the progress every day (except at weekends) and it arrived right on time.

I've been really pleased with the gaming PC I bought from Gladiator PC. It came in a nice package and setting it up was pretty easy. I've been having a great time playing games on it and haven't had any big problems. Although, when I first started using it, I did hear a buzzing or whirring noise from the hardware. It worried me a bit at first, but it hasn't happened again so I'm hoping it was just a one-time thing.
Custom PC build
My experience with Gladiator PC was pretty good overall. The PC they built for me is top-notch and works perfectly, plus it's great value for money. However, I do think they could have communicated better. I knew it would take 7-10 working days to build my PC, but when that time passed with no updates, I had to get in touch with them for information. At first, they said everything was on track, but later I found out they were running behind due to being busy. I would have liked more regular and clear communication throughout the process. Despite the delays, my order did eventually arrive safely, though the delivery service could have been more careful with handling. If you want your order sooner, I suggest going for the faster build time option, but the standard build time does offer good value for money.
Second PC, Good build
It didn't actually begin on time, but everything seems to be running smoothly. I opted for DPD delivery, which wasn't the greatest, but that's not on Gladiator.
My awesome new computer
I recently purchased this really great computer from this store and it only took a few weeks to arrive. It arrived all set up just the way I wanted and it's been amazing ever since. I'm really pleased with both the computer and the service I received. The store is brilliant and I definitely recommend them to anyone.
