£1000 of Worktops
Misled from the start regarding delivery, told one date then another and then cancellation less than 24 hours. Expected to have some one on site to help carry so incurred cost and delay in moving into the property as old kitchen removed in anticipation. Would not help when complained in advising whether morning or afternoon on new delivery date. Sales Manager Pete (would not give his surname) rude, insincere and unhelpful. Just kept referring to small print. Don't believe their web site. Proceed with caution or not at all.
Kitchen worktops
placed an order with these people on Wednesday. It's now Monday. No communication what's so ever from these people. I've sent them 4 emails already and each time I've had an automated response. Only today, my automated response said deliveries will commence 25th May!! If I'd known that at time of order I wouldn't have placed an order with them!! Lack of communication is shocking!! On should have read Google reviews first.
Worktop
I have sent at least 20 emails to this company to have no reply other than automated, this company has taken my money cannot answer personally an email or a call, which I am still waiting for. Maybe by sending a review I might have some acknowledgement of what is happening with my order/refund.
I'm in same boat, shocking company, I've raised dispute with my bank.. I'm just gathering evidence to send to them so I can get my money back
No PPE worn or social distancing was adhered to while in the property
Worktop
Ordered a work top for delivery with a £40 delivery charge. I was then sent an email on Monday, advising that I should expect delivery 4 to 5 days later. No detail given when or what time - just expect it over a two day period. No instruction given to call to arrange a delivery time, however the driver would call before hand. The driver did indeed call half an hour before attempting to deliver, however left a voicemail, resulting in a failed delivery as no one was in. When contacting HC supplies to rearrange another delivery with more accurate information, was advised that a further £40 would be payable. Customers are expected to sit and wait for a prospective delivery day over two days and then with half an hour notice expected to be in! Absolute joke. In today world of communication and logistic capability this is simply unacceptable. HC supplies take a good look at your logistics. Customers beware of this absolute rip off !!!
Shamble!!
Orderd samples non arrived went ahead and orderd then got just a message to say was delayed by 2 weeks then day before delivery was due ( at this stage kitchen ripped out) got anther message 4 day delay !! What customer service is this me and my partner taken 2 days off work to prep kitchen for worktops now have take anther day off no personal call to say hiw sorry or offer replacement no just one message which said due to size of order! Only 2 worktops and breakfast bar not that big definatley will not be recommending this company complete shambles!!

I have modified my kitchen with afforadable price, it is not less ofcouse but compartively I must tell you, it is great.
Now my kitchen looks like some freakin' ' COOKERY SHOW'S KITCHEN'
