    Lawn Barber purchase

    I recently bought the newest version of a well-known lawn trimmer, having used the older one for a few years. The new model was said to be more efficient and powerful, so I thought I'd give it a go. However, when it arrived, I found there was a problem with the charger. But, I must say, the customer service I got when I contacted the company was really impressive.

    Bought this in March 2023. All was fine until one day in May 2023 whilst heating a fruit pie I heard a noise from it, I looked in it to see the glass plate had Cracked. I contacted High street TV for a replacement plate. They asked for the whole unit to be returned. Leaving me without a unit for some time. As the goods where faulty I replied I would return it but ask for a refund they refused what give them the right to sell faulty goods and refund . NEVER USE THEM TO BUY ANYTHING CON ARTISTS. I have asked for complaints department and they reply they don't have one I suggest you open one I am sure I am not the only complainer. Still on going going to speak with trading standards

    Slim Cycle

    I ordered a slim cycle and chose to pay in 3 instalments. However, after a few days of using the cycle I am not impressed with it at all. The quality is very poor, nothing as described. I called customer service but never any answer. I emailed to express my disappointment. But I was told that I could not return the item. I have only had the cycle two weeks! The reason that I cannot return it is because I had disposed of the packaging. I did not want a huge box in my house. So now they are expecting me to pay the next two instalments for an item that is not as sold. Appalling service. I have warned friends, colleagues and family not to use this site.

    Aeroski Trainer

    I bought the Aeroski trainer in mid-January, the tension bands started braking straight away. I contacted HighstreetTV and they said they would send replacments. All the bands have now broken and when I asked where the replacements are they said maybe they don't have any - so after one month the trainer is useless - DONT BUY ONE

    Had no confirmation of order. No sign of the product but money taken from bank. Will request refund or commence legal action to recover my money. I think this whole thing is a cover to scam money from you. Be warned.

    Goods arrive broken, emailed customer service 3 times now starting on 03/06/20 and they still haven't replied on 01/07/20. Just getting the auto response saying they will reply within 5 days. I'm not hopeful.

    Cubii trainer It should have arrived yesterday and it still hasn't arrived today I paid for next day delivery ,that is poor service

    ordering was good. price was good .after service is dreadful. as you cannot get through you get automated voice saying we are busy .2 hours later still no return call.trying to locate my items it has been 13 days.this was a present for someone.i have had to go and by something else and i am not a happy bunny customer service is a shambles
