Kitchen oven
I bought a kitchen oven from the High Street TV website not long ago. It got delivered on a Saturday, but I found out it was a bit damaged. I was bummed to see that I couldn't call their customer service over the weekend to sort it out. It was a pain, but I chose to keep the oven rather than deal with the hassle of returning such a big item.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the customer service team at this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. Amazing copper retracting hose with hand sprayer
Oh my goodness, I am absolutely thrilled with my new copper retractable hose and hand sprayer! It is honestly the best thing ever. It arrived super quickly and was packaged really nicely. The hose is just fantastic, I can leave it coiled around the tap and it doesn't try to wiggle away in a different direction like my old one did. I am completely smitten with it! And now I have the perfect Christmas gift idea for my friend, yay! xx
"Jet Hawk purchase"
I just have to give a shoutout to High Street TV for their amazing service. Ordering was a piece of cake and my Jet Hawk arrived super quickly. It's honestly changed the game when it comes to my household chores. I'll definitely be telling all my family and mates to check it out.

Recent purchase experience
I bought something not long ago and had a totally different experience compared to what others have mentioned here. It didn't go so smoothly for me this time. The first thing I ordered appeared to have vanished into thin air, or maybe the delivery person thought they'd keep it for themselves. I ended up with nothing and felt annoyed. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were surprisingly quick and offered to either give me a new one or refund the missing item. I chose a replacement and was really pleased to get it in just 24 hours. Credit to them for sorting things out so promptly.
Cooling Fan
I bought a cooling fan from High Street TV not long ago and I have to say, I'm really chuffed with it. It gives off a nice breeze and it looks really sleek and modern in my room. It's made me so happy that I'm even considering getting another one for a different room in my house.

Faulty charger replacement
I bought this thing online and the charger was faulty. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt and order number. But when I contacted the store, they were really helpful! The operator assisted me in locating my order details and sent a new charger to me. I only needed to return the faulty charger, not the entire item. It was really good service, I would definitely recommend them!
Replacement Bionic Trimmer Charger
I got in touch about getting a new charger, but ended up getting the wrong items. After a bit of a wait, I finally got the right charger. The customer service was really helpful and went above and beyond, I'm just happy to have a working charger at last.
Garden tool
I bought this garden tool and it came early, which was really cool! Putting it together was a breeze and there are plenty of ways to adjust it. I think it's going to be a fantastic tool for my garden. I'm really pleased with it, and even my mum said she could use it as well!
Lawn strimmer battery replacement
I bought a new battery for my dad's lawn strimmer, but it turned out to be the wrong one. Luckily, after getting in touch with customer services, we managed to send it back and get the right replacement pretty fast. The strimmer is up and running again now, and we're really thankful for the excellent customer service we received.
Fast and easy shopping with great quality items
Shopping on this website is a breeze! The delivery is really fast, and the items always look just like they do in the ads. I've been truly impressed with the quality of everything I've ordered so far. I've even shared it with my family and they're big fans too. The prices are great too, so I'll definitely be buying more from here in the future.
Jet hawk
I bought this jet hawk and it broke on me when I tried to attach the gun. I was really gutted because it looked so cool on TV. I reckon I just got unlucky. I wonder if anyone else has had the same issue?
Spray hose, air fryer
The things I bought were exactly as they described them! My jet spray hose broke, but they replaced it immediately. I told my family and friends about this website and my son got an air fryer that he really enjoys. It's just right for him and his son.
Jet Hawk without Outdoor Tap
The Jet Hawk is really great because you don't have to connect it to an outside tap - I gave it a go straight away! The only downside was that the extension connector was leaking and the filter was broken. I got in touch with customer service and they're sending me replacements. It's a bit loud, but it does a good job of cleaning. Just be cautious when using it to water plants, it's quite powerful! I received the replacement parts, the filter is working fine now and there are no more leaks from the extender, but the plastic cover keeps slipping down the tube.
Air conditioning unit
This air conditioning unit has honestly been a real lifesaver for me in the warmer weather. I live on quite a busy road, so I can't really have my windows open at night because of all the noise. But thanks to the night setting on this unit, I can sleep in comfort and peace in my bedroom. Honestly, I would totally recommend this product, especially if you find it hard to keep cool at night.
Lawn Barber purchase
I recently bought the newest version of a well-known lawn trimmer, having used the older one for a few years. The new model was said to be more efficient and powerful, so I thought I'd give it a go. However, when it arrived, I found there was a problem with the charger. But, I must say, the customer service I got when I contacted the company was really impressive.
Customer service experience
I wanted to share a customer service experience I had recently. I spoke to a guy called 'Brent' who was really helpful and quick at sorting out my issue. I got in touch with the customer service team about a problem, and Brent not only understood what was going on but also fixed it pretty quickly. He said he'd get back to me with an update, and he actually did. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated he was in getting my problem sorted out.
Power XL 8 in 1 microwave
Bought this in March 2023. All was fine until one day in May 2023 whilst heating a fruit pie I heard a noise from it, I looked in it to see the glass plate had Cracked. I contacted High street TV for a replacement plate. They asked for the whole unit to be returned. Leaving me without a unit for some time. As the goods where faulty I replied I would return it but ask for a refund they refused what give them the right to sell faulty goods and refund . NEVER USE THEM TO BUY ANYTHING CON ARTISTS. I have asked for complaints department and they reply they don't have one I suggest you open one I am sure I am not the only complainer. Still on going going to speak with trading standards
