I was really looking forward to receiving my order from Jolse, but it was a real disappointment. Turns out they sent my package back without any explanation, and I only found out when I asked them about it. I mean, where's the communication there?
Beauty products
My experience with ordering from this website was a bit disappointing, to be honest. They do have some good deals every week, I must admit, but one big problem I faced was how long it took for them to process my order. It actually took them a whole week just to start processing my order, can you believe that? And then, on top of that, they kept telling me some of the stuff I wanted was out of stock, this meant I had to wait another 2 weeks before my order was finally sent out. So, in the end, it took them a grand total of 3 weeks to sort everything out and send it to me. As you can imagine, this was really frustrating for me as a customer. If you're after faster delivery, I reckon you might want to think about trying out other online shops like YesStyle or Stylevana, they might be able to sort you out quicker.
Big order, non-delivery
I made a massive order with this company a while ago, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They gave me a tracking number that never updated beyond "leaving Korea", and up to now, I still haven't gotten my products. I've tried to contact them several times via email, but they haven't replied at all. The service has been absolutely terrible, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. To top it all off, when they eventually replied, they blamed me for the problem, wouldn't give me a refund, and gave me a completely new tracking link with different details that I didn't recognise. It's clearly a scam.
First-time purchase from Jolse
I just bought some K-skin care stuff from this online shop for the first time and it was really great. I was a bit nervous about trying a new place, but it turned out well. They sent out my order quickly and it arrived in just a couple of weeks. The packaging was nicely done and they even included some extra samples. I was especially impressed by all the different brands they had, some of which I couldn't find anywhere else. I'll definitely be going back to Jolse for more shopping in the future.
Nice makeup kit
Went on a date with BF one day like that. Turned out to be one of the worst days of my life. The make-up I used wore out a little early and have my rough patches with a dry,hard looking face looked like a zombie and finished the date quickly.
Threw my make-up bag in the dustbin when I got home and never picked it up. Sucked for a couple of days
Got outta my shell later, looked for beauty stores online and came across Jolse's.
Went through everything they had and finally placed my order
Got to me through excellent delivery service and when I checked, I got more value for my money
Who gives quality products at cheap prices if not Jolse's?
Yaay! My confidence is back now, don't have to worry 'bout my face again.
