I did get anxious when tracking stalled, but the turning point came when customer support actually replied with a sensible plan and offered to reroute the parcel without extra charge. Not a generic reply, either — a real person explaining what they could do and how long it would take. That’s the exact moment I felt the situation was under control.
Small wins and a few quirks
spot a sale, add things to the basket, wait for those 1+1 offers or free shipping and then treat myself. What I genuinely like is that every parcel has arrived; not one missing order in all that time. Also, the free sample every time is actually useful — little cleansers or blotting papers that I would never have tried otherwise, and sometimes they’ve become staples. That’s a real plus.
Parcel mystery, then relief
either a refund or a resend (I took the refund), which I’m genuinely grateful for because I didn’t want to be left out of pocket. In daily life I’d already planned those products into my routine, so the delay was annoying but not catastrophic. The staff who eventually handled it were polite and apologetic, so credit where it’s due — they fixed it, even if it took several messages. Not coming back, though it could've been alright
I won’t be ordering from them again, even though some bits of the experience weren’t terrible. I needed a new gentle cleanser urgently because my skin had been flaring up and I was away from my usual suppliers, plus there was a tempting brand launch deal, so I thought I’d give them a try. That said, the way they handled things left me pretty disappointed.
Pleasantly surprised by the whole thing
googled the shop + “scam”, read other buyers’ notes, the lot. Once I felt comfortable I placed a fairly large order to hit the free EMS threshold (around $200 worth). The site had a sale, so price-wise it seemed worth a punt. Shipment emails took a couple of days to appear, and at first the tracking didn’t budge — that made me check it obsessively, I’ll admit (hourly, oops). After a few quiet days the tracking updated (turns out long-haul movements can be weird), and by day seven everything arrived. Delivery was actually quicker than I expected, given it was coming from Korea. The parcels were wrapped in ridiculous amounts of bubble wrap — everything intact, no leaks or crushed boxes. I also got loads of freebies, some sensible like hand lotion and masks, others weirder (Hello Kitty socks, a braided hair tie, a rough little cloth) — random but welcome. Products were authentic and well packed; even a toner and lotion were tucked into a clear bag with a colourful tie, which was a nice touch. Customer service I didn’t need much from, but when I checked an email query they replied helpfully and fast, so thumbs up there. Overall I’m impressed: decent prices, solid EMS delivery and an unexpectedly generous freebie haul. If you’re cautious about international buys like I am, do your homework, but this was a good experience compared with some slower or unhelpful sellers I’ve dealt with before.

I've been shopping at Jolse for a while now, and I've always been impressed with the quality and authenticity of their skincare products - they're top-notch. However, there's one thing that's been bugging me. I've asked them on several occasions not to include samples in my orders because of my environmental concerns and personal preferences, but every time my package arrives, it's jam-packed with samples. This not only creates extra waste but also means I could end up with products that have ingredients I'm allergic to. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Quick and satisfying purchase
I bought something from this website not too long ago and I have to say, I was really pleased with my experience. It was so easy to place my order and it arrived right on time. I was especially chuffed to find a free gift of blotting paper included with my order, along with some extra samples. It's lovely when companies do things like that. Never shopping here again
Hey everyone, I've had the worst time shopping online at this place. I used to buy things here a lot, but I won't be going back again. Their customer service is so bad! Honestly, I've never come across people this unhelpful before. They just don't care, even if it's their fault! I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, like olive young global or yesstyle, where they actually treat you well.
The first time I got annoyed was when I received a cleanser that was almost expired in 6 months. They didn't mention it on the website! If it's going to expire soon, just tell me so I can choose whether I want it or not. They said they sell items with close expiration dates, but why not just put it on the page? I don't want to buy old stuff without knowing. All the other stores I buy from have expiration dates far in the future. That's how it should be, right?
Then, the final straw was when I made a big order during a brand launch event. They had good deals, so I ordered 4 items and a few more to get free shipping. But when my order arrived, only 1 of the discounted items was in there. I asked them to send the rest, but they refused! It was their error, but they wouldn't rectify it. It felt like they lured me into buying more with their offer and then intentionally didn't send everything. Maybe they just didn't want to pay for extra shipping. If they make a mistake, they should fix it and send the missing items. They refunded my money, but I only bought the extras because of the offer. I felt like I had been scammed!Recent purchase experience
I bought some stuff from Jolse the other day and man, did it take forever to get here! I placed my order on the 11th of November and then just had to twiddle my thumbs and wait. But lo and behold, it wasn't until the 22nd of December that my package finally rocked up. Turns out, it got stuck in customs with Royal Mail for ages. The strikes and other delays with the postal service didn't help either, making the whole delivery process a real drag.
Mascara purchase
I recently bought a couple of mascaras from this website, wanting to try some new products. Sadly, when my order arrived, I was let down to see that the mascaras were dried out and couldn't be used. I contacted their customer service team right away via the email they provided, but unfortunately, I didn't hear back from them. The fact that their customer service email was just on a standard Gmail account made me doubt their legitimacy as a trustworthy online store. In general, my experience with this purchase was very disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest this site to anyone else.
K beauty online shop
I really love Jolse, they've got the best prices and free delivery if you spend over $49. Whenever they have sales or discounts, I end up buying more stuff. Plus, my orders always arrive really quickly. I'd give them five stars for everything, especially how they keep me informed about my delivery. And on top of that, they even give me some free goodies! I must say, I'm quite impressed with this shop. The prices for Korean beauty products are really good, and they always include free samples with each order. The only downside is that they keep sending me BB creams that don't suit my skin tone! Despite that, I've ordered from them so many times I can't keep track. The delivery is fast, usually less than 2 weeks, and I haven't faced any problems with customs. I've found their customer service to be easy to deal with, quick and polite. Cushion purchase
I bought a cushion from this website recently and I was really disappointed when it turned out that the product I got was about to expire. I was so excited for it to arrive after I ordered it, but when I checked the expiry date on the package, I realised it was only a few months away. This doesn't match up with what the company said about their products having a longer shelf life. It's not right to sell stuff that's nearly expired without giving customers a heads-up.
Slow shipping but great prices
I may not be the brightest on some things, but hey, that's alright. Google seems to have all the answers anyway! I've bought things from this store many times and nothing has ever arrived damaged. And the best part is they always throw in some awesome free samples.
Paid for express shipping, still waiting
I handed over my money for express shipping, but it's been weeks now and my order still hasn't been dispatched. I've sent them several emails to enquire about the delay, but they have not bothered to respond. It's really unprofessional, and I'm beginning to suspect that all those positive reviews may be fabricated. I am currently in the process of seeking a refund through PayPal and I have no intention of shopping with them again.
Expensive purchase, bad customer service
I couldn't believe it at first, but it turns out those bad reviews about this company's customer service were actually true. I've been trying to get in touch about my order, but their email address seems to be non-existent. How on earth am I meant to find out what's going on with my order when it's just been sitting there without shipping for so long?
Fake Troxederm mist
I ordered a Troxederm repair mist from Jolse and was gutted to get a fake one. I let customer service know, but they just wouldn't admit it was fake. The mist didn't smell right at all and didn't do anything for my skin. When I asked to send it back, they said no because I'd already opened it thanks to their lies. It's not good enough and it's risky for customers!
Cosmetics purchase from abroad
I'll have a proper moan about this - I ordered some cosmetics from abroad, but it turned out to be a total nightmare when it came to getting them delivered. I had to wait nearly three weeks, and when I checked the tracking, it said the parcel had been delivered, but I never got it. When I contacted the courier and the customer service team, neither could sort it out for me. So, in the end, I was left empty-handed without the stuff I had ordered. It was a right pain and left me feeling really let down.
