I recently bought a 15-metre steel paling fence from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed. Ordering it was easy and straightforward. The quality of the fence was even better than I expected, especially for the price, which was much more affordable than wrought iron. It arrived quickly, with a nice driver dropping it off the day after I ordered. I also appreciated the great support I received from the company the whole way through. Overall, a really good and positive experience.
Premium Muck Boots
I bought these supposedly top-of-the-line Muck Boots from Keen Gardner, but after just three months they're falling to bits. The stitching at the top of both boots is coming loose, which is really disappointing. I got in touch with Keen Gardner and sent them photos of the problem, but they haven't responded to my complaint. Their customer service is really lacking, and the quality of the boots is just not up to scratch. I'm not impressed at all and I wouldn't feel confident recommending either Keen Gardner or Muck Boots to anyone.

Excellent service from Keen Gardener. An email I sent was promptly responded to, also a telephone call was dealt with with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Very pleased with this company.
Garden dining set
I purchased a 4 seater outdoor ding set which went on sale the next day. Keen Gardener honoured the sale price for me and refund £50 to my account. ????
The set arrived perfectly packed and was easy for me (a pensioner) to unpack and out together.
