Lipstick purchase
I popped into a store while on holiday and saw this lipstick that seemed like the perfect shade I was looking for. But when I got home and tried it on, it was a totally different colour! I even double-checked with the salesperson to make sure it was the right one, and they assured me it was. I emailed customer service about the mix-up but didn't get any sort of resolution. Really disappointed by the whole experience and definitely won't be shopping there again.
Matte lipstick, eyeshadow palette
I bought a matte lipstick and an eyeshadow palette from this shop not long ago. I was really let down when I realised that the products weren't as good as I expected for the price I paid. I used to be happy to pay more for the brand, but now it feels like I've just wasted my money.
Makeup and nail polishes
I've tried a few bits from this company, like their makeup and nail polishes. The stuff they do is top-notch, but I've gotta say, the shipping times when you order online are a bit of a pain. It took a whole two weeks for them to even send out my order, then another two weeks for it to arrive, so I was left waiting for a whole month. That kind of long wait might not sit well with customers who are used to quicker deliveries. Also, those paper stickers on the nail polishes were not great - they looked bad and were a nightmare to get off. It was a shame, because the products themselves are really good quality.
Online order, delayed delivery
I bought something online not long ago, but had a bit of a hiccup when it came to getting it delivered on time. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't much help at all, which was really disappointing. The delivery company only had an expensive 902 number to contact them on, which seemed a bit dodgy to me. I had to keep calling and waiting on hold just to talk to someone. The whole experience with customer service left me feeling pretty disheartened.
Nail polish, brush for eyeliner
The products themselves were excellent, but the whole online shopping experience could have been better. The delivery time wasn't too bad, despite Brexit causing some delays. What really annoyed me were those sticky labels on some items, especially the nail polish. They were so difficult to get off and made the makeup seem cheap. Also, buying online was a bit risky as the items didn't always match what was shown in the pictures. For instance, I purchased a brush that was meant for eyeliner, but it turned out to be bulky and messy, not suitable at all for its intended use.
Incorrectly colored eye pencils returned for refund
I sent back five eye pencils to this company more than two months ago, along with a return form and notification on their website. But, I haven't heard anything back about getting my £13 back, and they haven't replied to my messages. It's just not right! I won't be buying from them again and I suggest others avoid them too. They're really lacking professionalism and honesty.
Eyeshadow palette, lipstick, and mascara
I recently bought an eyeshadow palette, lipstick, and mascara from the store, and I have to say I am really impressed with how good they are. The eyeshadow palette had lots of lovely colours that stayed on well and were really vibrant. The lipstick had a nice texture and stayed on all day without smudging or fading. The mascara made my eyelashes look longer and thicker without getting clumpy. All in all, I'm really happy with what I bought and I'll definitely be going back to try out more things from the store.
PH reagent lip gloss, beautiful pink shade, natural, attractive, applicator issue
I've just bought the PH reagent lip gloss and I absolutely adore the pretty pink shade it turns my lips after the Ph reaction. The colour looks so natural and really enhances my lips. However, I was let down when the applicator actually broke while I was applying the lip gloss, which also happened with my last purchase of the same product. It's a bit disappointing because I genuinely love the lip gloss, but the faulty applicator is definitely a major downside.
Delayed order arrival
My order took more than two weeks to arrive, which is really not good these days. I got in touch with the store in London and they told me that all orders come from Italy if you place them online. They couldn't give me any help or updates on where my order was. They took ages to reply to my emails and all I got were automated responses. I'm starting to worry that my stuff won't come in time for Christmas, or maybe not at all, especially after reading some bad reviews. I'm thinking about asking my bank to do a chargeback.
IMMEASURABLE LENGTH MASCARA
Have purchased this several times from Meadowhall store before it closed and loved it. Sent for 3 online and am so disappointed. Dry and old with very little content. Truly shocking. Nothing like the ones purchased in store. Feel as if they have off loaded out of date items on me . Can’t find where to contact them and complain. Complete waste of money.
Great products, terrible customer service
I really like the Kiko products but after my encounter with their customer service I'm not sure if I will ever use their webshop again. May 18th I placed 2 orders and paid them with Sofort. After a couple days, it occured to me that I hadn't received any confirmation of these orders. I found a link to the Belgian customer service, which is located in France (??), and explained them my situation. We exchanged several e-mails, I gave them a copy of the bank statements where the 2 amounts were debited from my account. They asked my data for the refund and then all of the sudden July 11th they tell me they can't find my money!! WTF?! 110€ were deducted from my account and now they are floating in banking heaven?! Logics says this is impossible.
We're almost two months later, I've written several e-mails to Kiko, they keep telling me I can't get my money back, I keep telling they have to take a more profound look at their bank account. I've contacted Sofort, who can't help me, they keep referring to Kiko. My bank can only tell me the money is transferred to the German Kiko account.
I'm now considering to file a complaint for theft, it seems to be the only option left.I personally recommend Kiko Milano for every make-up enthusiast
Kiko Milano products, I have explored a few years back. First I have been getting lot of positive reviews and recommendation to use the products of Kiko Milano. I came to know about their wide range of cosmetics, touch-ups, hair/skin care etc. for long months, I personally used the products. The quality is competitive like other big brands but prices it comparatively low. But the range you get is unbelievable.
