I was absolutely amazed by the amazing service and experience I had at this shop. As soon as I walked in, I got a lovely greeting from the staff who were really helpful and knew their stuff. The customer service was fantastic and they had a really great range of products to choose from. I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family about this place.
First experience with the store
My first time shopping here was so easy and stress-free. The service I got was amazing. The next day delivery was really fast and my stuff arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't ask for anything more.
iPad Pro email recovery
So, my iPad Pro recently updated itself to 15.1, and all of a sudden, I couldn't access any of my received emails. Feeling frustrated, I decided to take my iPad to the nearest store, which happened to be in Derby, and that's where I met Nathan Gray. Let me tell you, this guy really knows his stuff. He quickly figured out the issue and wasted no time in carrying out a factory recovery. Before I knew it, I was back in business and all my emails were there, ready for me to read. Nathan delivered a top-notch service and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Big shoutout to him and the team at KRCS for providing such a smooth and efficient experience.
MacBook Air purchase
I just wanted to share my terrible experience with this company. I ordered a MacBook Air, hoping it would arrive quickly. It actually took over a month, and there was a mysterious delay for a whole week that was never properly explained. I was disappointed by the false promise of next-day delivery if ordered before 3PM. Don't be fooled by their advertising.
Mobile Phone
I just wanted to say that I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got at KRCS. Daanish and Ben, the staff members, were so helpful and understanding when I was picking out a new mobile phone. They really knew their stuff and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me, despite my lack of tech know-how. I didn't feel any pressure or like I wasn't keeping up throughout the whole buying process. Thanks to them, I'm confident that I made the right choice. MacBook Air
I bought a MacBook Air from the store in Nottingham Victoria Centre not long ago. Harry, who helped me out, was brilliant. He really knew his stuff and was so helpful in helping me pick the best laptop for what I needed. He took the time to go through all the features and answer all my questions. When I left the store, I felt good about my purchase and was really pleased with the service I got. If you're thinking of buying Apple products, I'd definitely suggest checking out KRCS.
MacBook Pro 14-inch
I bought a 14-inch MacBook Pro from this store, and it was amazing! Ordering was really easy, and the customer service was excellent. The laptop arrived really quickly, even with everyone wanting one. It was in perfect condition when it arrived. KRCS is great, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends!
Online order
I made a bit of a blunder by ordering my gadget over the bank holiday weekend, thinking it would take ages to arrive. Phone repair replacement
I went to the Nottingham store to get my phone fixed as part of my bank package. They said I'd get a replacement in 2-3 days, but it's been 8 days now and still no phone or updates. I've called multiple times but just keep getting excuses with no solution. The customer service is awful, so I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
MacBook Air purchase
The experience of buying a MacBook Air from this store was really great. As soon as I walked in, the staff were so helpful, knew their stuff, and gave me all the details I needed. I really liked using Klarna for monthly payments when I bought my new watch. I ordered it late one night and it arrived really quickly, just a few days later. New Mac purchase
So, I decided to treat myself to a new gadget from this store. The whole process went smoothly for the most part, but there were a couple of issues along the way. Firstly, the lead time was longer than I expected, but that was because I chose a customised configuration that wasn't readily available. I have to give them credit for that. However, my problem with them is that I didn't get access to tracking information until the day of delivery. Who does that, honestly? I was on holiday at the time, and if I had known earlier, I could have made arrangements to receive my package. It just seems like common sense, doesn't it? Despite this hiccup, the actual delivery was great, no complaints there. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely some room for improvement in the customer service department.
Apple Watch purchase
My trip to the shop the other day was a bit of a letdown. I was quite disappointed with the service I got, it was pretty rubbish. The staff didn't seem very bothered and I actually had to go up to one of them to ask for help because they were busy sorting out a display. I was thinking of getting an Apple Watch, but the staff member wasn't very helpful. They were more interested in typing away on the computer at the desk. When I'm buying something, I expect better service and some proper attention. I reckon I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

The ordering was dead easy, with the staff being dead polite and helpful the whole time. And my phone arrived in mint condition, all thanks to the lovely packaging. Cheers!

Overpriced repair services
I recently took my phone to this store to get it fixed because of a software issue. However, they told me it would cost almost £500 to repair it due to water damage, which I found really pricey. I felt like they were trying to rip me off and I was not happy with the lack of honesty and transparency from their staff.
MacBook Pro 15 inch
In the modern climate of online purchasing and social media etc, it is easy to complain about a poor experience. And it’s also too easy for companies to hide behind email addresses and not care. This is why I want to highly praise KRCS and specifically Philip Woods in their dealing with my initial complaint, the way they went out of the way to rectify my issues and provide me with 5 star customer support. Took Head Phones in covered under warranty
Took my son in to the store as his headphones had stopped working and they are still under warranty. The Adviser checked them and could see no reason why they could not sent back to Apple to be fixed. This was also checked by the Assistant Store Manager who agreed. The next day my son receive a phone call from John the store manager to say he is not sending them back. I ask why his staff agreed to this and he isn't. He said they are not qualified enough to do this, so why do you have an Assistant Manager if he doesn't know his job. Best adviser I can give any one is to keep were away from the poor service this company provides. Say one thing one day and changes it the next. Go direct to Apple and keep away from these cowboys.
