I bought something for the first time and it's been a total disaster. It's been 8 days and my order still hasn't arrived. The tracking info is confusing, mentioning different courier companies like Hermes, Evri, and DHL Global. They even sent me an email saying they couldn't deliver. Laura Geller just keeps telling me it's on its way with a tracking number that doesn't even work. I'm so frustrated and I won't be shopping with them again.

I love wearing good makeup. I tried so many cosmetic products and none seem to give me what I want.
